Additional information about rental rates

Payment of $500 security deposit to be made upon reservation which is a $325 refundable security deposit (returned within 21 days after check out if property returned as is) and a $175 non-refundable property management fee. Payment of rent of one month or less must be paid in full 10 days before occupancy in cashier's check.
Fees And Taxes A 10% tax on any reservation in compliance with Ordinance #501 "Transient Occupancy Tax", La Quinta Municipal Code.

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (USD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
