This luxury 4-bedroom/4.5 bath tri-level townhome is in the heart of Ketchum's River Run area, conveniently located just one block from the Big Wood River. With 2,600 square feet, this spacious property features a two-story ceiling in the great room with large windows that reach from floor to ceiling. From the grand stone entryway guests ascend the wrought iron stairway to the great room level with the living, dining and kitchen areas. The great room has a gas fireplace, 54 inch plasma TV, DVD player, ample sunshine with the floor to ceiling windows, two large decks, gas BBQ, formal dining area that seats 6, and additional seating for 4 at the granite breakfast bar. The fully equipped kitchen has top of the line appliances including Subzero refrigerator, double ovens and a Thermador 6-burner gas range. There is also a powder room on this level and a master bedroom suite that offers a king bed, 24-inch flat panel TV, a spacious Roman whirlpool tub and separate shower.

The third level has an enormous bedroom with a 42-inch flat screen TV, four sets of twin bunk beds and en-suite full bath offering the perfect place to accommodate all the kids. The ground level bedrooms both have 24-inch flat panel TV's and en-suite full baths with the Master having a King bed and the guest room with a Queen bed. This level has a laundry/mud room with full size washer/dryer, and access to the heated two car garage. This luxury home sleeps 14 and is the perfect home for a large family or group. No pool or hot tub access. All you need to bring for your vacation with us in Sun Valley is a change of clothes and your grocery list. All linens and towels are provided for you as well as soap, shampoo and lotion.

Complex Features: Central Park West Townhome have luxurious furnishings and great views of Bald Mountain and surrounding hoothills. With high ceilings and rich textures, Central Park West is designed for very discerning guests who enjoy fine things such as Eastern carpets, warm hardwoods and beautiful antiques. This complex is located about seven blocks away from downtown Ketchum and about four blocks from the River Run Ski Lift access. The area offers a free shuttle with a stop 3-4 blocks away that will transport you to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and the Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.
