The location is perfect with easy access walking or driving to Little Apple Bay and Long Bay beaches. We suggest driving to Smuggler's Cove beach, however, if you like a good hike, it is a good one. West End Ferry to Jost Van Dyke, St.Thomas and St.John is a five minute drive. Road Town is a 25-30 minute drive, Beef Island airport is a 45 minute drive. The Bomba Shack, home of the famous Full Moon Party, is a two minute drive. Paradise Sports Bar and Grill hosts a Full Moon Party also at Cane Garden Bay.
Little Apple Bay and Long Bay are a 3-5 minute walk down but a bit longer walk up.
Please ask about your rental car size. We do not have space for huge vehicles. A mid size vehicle is perfect.

For the fabulous location and the fabulous views.
The house design is unique with its open air living and dining area. It is like you are outside but you are not. The front of the house is open to the endless, unforgetable views and breezes.
My wife, daughter and I returned to Tortola for 8 days of surfing and relaxing. Cheryl and Mac are great hosts. The house was spectacular, views to die for and well appointed. Property is close to the break at capoons bay for surfing and long bay, probably one of the bestbeaches the island has to offer, is equally as close, just the other side of the hill.
Cruzins and Palm Delight are both great local restaurants.
We'll be returning to escape the cold winds of winter again next year.
What a great place to stay. We stayed in the off season and most of the restaurants were closed but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. There is a great restaurant right down the street named Cruzin' and Mack will treat you with the upmost hospitality. Cheryl was wonderful and accommodating. We cant wait to go back!
This Villa was just stunning, very very clean, great décor, well stocked kitchen with updated appliances. we were just really lucky to have found this place. The views were incredible. Cheryl and Mac were just awesome to talk to and hang out with. we will be back very soon and I am sure this will be our destination Villa on Tortola from here on out. We travel often through out the Caribbean and I have to say for the price and beauty this is a diamond......
We spent ten days at this villa, and loved our vacation! The property was clean, had a full kitchen, and the most spectacular view. Both Cheryl and Mac were very welcoming - they arranged a taxi to the airport, give us a tour of the attractions close to the villa, and were always available to answer questions. We loved the indoor/outdoor concept, and enjoyed eating a homemade breakfast every morning with breathtaking views. The villa was also close to two of our favorite destinations - Cane Garden Bay, with fun beach bars and small boat rentals, and Soper's Hole, with ferries and charter sailboats to other islands. We had such a fantastic time, and were very pleased with our decision to rent this property.
My husband and I just returned from Sugar Apple after a week's stay. The place was fantastic and Cheryl and Mac were available for anything that we needed (although we did not need one thing). The kitchen has every possible thing you can think of, the bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect and best of all, the living and dining rooms are completely open to the water below. We were in heaven! Even rented a car from Cheryl that got us around the entire island perfectly, especially some of the rough terrain we traveled to get to some of the beaches.
We highly recommend this amazing property and the amazing owners. Thank you for a phenomenal vacation on Tortola!!!
My wife and I were on our honeymoon. We really were not sure what we were getting ourselves into with being the first people to rent this property.
I will tell you, after ironing out a few minor details when we arrived, the place was a PERFECT little retreat! It is on a very relaxed side of the island, surf break just below, no boats anchored in the bay, gorgeous crystal clear water below, there is a road below but there is almost no traffic on it, many restaurants within a couple minute drive, quick access to several beaches, quick access to the West End, cold a/c in the room, nice appliances, nice bathroom, etc etc etc. Parking can get a little tricky, but a jeep or small SUV will have no problem. The driveway takes a little getting used to but we learned that most of the GOOD places with a stellar view will have a little "personality" to get to them. The management team is on premises and they are always quick to tend to our needs and give us great advice to get around Tortola and surrounding islands.
A cute little place - we were very pleased with it. Thanks again Cheryl and Mac!

Sugar Apple overlooks the most constant surf break on Tortola, a great winter sport. The summer is great for kayaking and paddle boarding. Sugar Apple offers a quiet, peaceful retreat after a day on the beach or island hopping, etc. We also are within a 10 minute drive to many bars and restaurants offering many varieties of dining. Just below is the wonderful beach of Little Apple Bay. The winter offers surfing and summer offers a fabulous white sand beach with a gentle lap on shore. We are a short drive to secluded Smuggler's Cove beach. And a 10 minute drive to the famous Cane Garden Bay beach.
