Lodging Features: This spacious 2-bedroom/2.5-bath end unit offers all that you need for a luxurious stay in Sun Valley! It will sleep up to 5 guests and has 1,787 square feet. This is a multilevel unit, with the two-car underground attached garage and full size laundry room on the first level. Upstairs there are high ceilings and a spacious great room with ample sunshine and beautiful appointments throughout. The gourmet kitchen features hardwood floors, granite countertops and center island, stainless steel appliances and wine cooler. The living room offers a Baldy view and a deck with BBQ grill and table with seating for four. The living area also has a wonderful stone gas fireplace, 42? flat screen TV/DVD, wireless internet access, and stereo. The adjacent dining area table seats 6 comfortably. A powder room is adjacent to the great room. You will love staying at this property with its many luxuries including the extremely comfortable furnishings and plenty of seating for guests.

Off of the living/kitchen is the master bedroom that boasts a wonderful king bed, 32? flat screen TV/DVD, and a Baldy view! The oversized master bathroom has radiant floor heat, travertine tile and a two-person soaking tub with separate shower enclosure. The second bedroom provides two twin beds that can be bridged to a king upon request, plus a comfy queen sofa sleeper for additional guests, and a 32? flat screen TV/DVD. There is an en suite bath with a shower only in this bedroom. This unit offers air conditioning for the summer months. Please note, this unit has no phone. All linens and towels are provided for you and we supply soap for the bath and kitchen as well.

Complex Features : The Timbers condominiums are located at the entrance to downtown Ketchum, walking distance from shopping, dining, galleries and nightlife. These condominiums are in one of the most convenient complexes in the River Run/Ketchum area. There is a free shuttle across the street or you can walk to town from this wonderful location.
