South oriented with excellent views of the town and valley, to the north it has views of the mountain. Fully equipped dwellings, appliances, open plan kitchen and flexible layout.

Ultralight aviation: On the same municipality as Moia, there is an ultralight aviation airport.

Birds of Prey: In Sant Feliu de Codines, 17 km, there is a breeding and observation centre for birds of prey, 'El Cim de les Aligues'.
