The first thing that struck us on entering was how this apartment lives up to its pictures. Not only lives upto but surpasses. How many times have you booked a place then arrived to find it somewhat lacking? Well, not this place. It does everything it says on the website and more!! Owner Brent was very courteous and generous. He had no problems meeting us at the property despite us arriving early. Very welcoming. Ran through all the mod cons etc. The area was surprisingly quiet. A 5 minute walk will get you to Classon Avenue subway. A quick change a few stops up / down the line and you'll be in Manhattan in 10 minutes. The taxi journey from JFK (which took us to the door) lasted around 30 - 40 minutes. We caught the A train back to JFK on leaving. Again a quick change at Classon sorts this out. Journey took around 40 minutes. TV, fully equipped kitchen, wi fi, laptop, on tap Sonos music, telephone!! It goes on. I have already recommended this apartment to several friends who are itching to visit NY. Myself and the missus will definately be returning to this place in the future. Thanks Brent.
My wife and I found this Brooklyn studio apartment to be both immaculate and very spacious. Brent, the host/owner, was so very kind and accommodating. This beautiful gem is located in a quite and safe area with a subway only a couple of blocks away. We are looking forward to booking this amazing apartment again when we return to New York City in the fall.
The space is very nice, safe, and has all the necessary amentities. Brent was very welcoming and friendly. Would certainly rent again!
Nice neighborhood, apartment conveniently located and full equipped. Buses around subway 2 blocks, 10 minutes from Fulton Mall. All you need and more was there. Special mention for the host, the best I've ever met. Brent thank you very much.
I stayed at this location a few weeks ago and after being so busy I still ensured to provide my two cents on this location-that's how awesome it was! For starters, the location is identical to the photos-Artsy, contemporary and stylish. The music features and walk-in closet were two of my fave perks. Upon my arrival (and conveniently finding parking right in front-all the time), the fridge had complimentary soft drinks and water. The kitchen is complete with all cooking essentials and condiments. The complimentary wine bottle was a sweet touch as well. Although it was snowing throughout my stay, the backyard could be a lot of fun for some grilling under the sun. The G train line that takes you into Manhattan was conveniently around the corner along with on the spot Uber services. I came across lots of fun food spots and bars in the area as well. I visited Black swan which is a approx. two blocks away and ended up going there twice! If you want to indulge: The mac and cheese and wings were amazing!
If you want to experience both NYC and Brooklyn. This is the place to stay.
We stayed in this unit for New Years and I must say that not only is the place clean & spotless, it is EXACTLY as shown in the pictures! The unit is garden level so you have your own separate entrance into the building. The area was great and we were able to walk to plenty of restaurants. We also saw a concert at the Barclay's Center and it was an easy 20-25 min walk! (We took an Uber to the concert and walked back! Uber was only about $10) About 3 blocks up is the G line which is 3 stops away from the A line which takes you right to Times Square if you want to do the touristy NYC stuff! All in all, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our New years. A big THANK YOU to Brent for such great accommodations and for being such a great host! We will definitely be back in the future!
