Here is your sparklilng clean two bedroom, two bath condo in Sandy Shores Condominiums located on the beautiful white sands of Madeira Beach on the Gulf of Mexico. We are directly across the street from John's Pass Village with great restaurants and many unique boutiques for your shopping pleasure. Large heated pool with tiki huts, new gas barbecue, picnic tables--great place to grill dinner and watch the beautiful sunsets.
This condo features a large secluded balcony with peek-a-boo view of the Gulf of Mexico. Master bedroom has a California King bed with euro mattress with its own bath. The second bedroom has two double beds with euro mattresses also with its own bath. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters. Our condo also has three televisions with DVD/VCR and wireless internet access at our unit and also at the pool.
The full kitchen is furnished with everything you need. We also have beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods. All linens are furnished.
We have parking reserved for you and a trolley stops all along Gulf Boulevard. Our condo is available for year-round rental. A pet of up to thirty pounds is allowed for an additional fee.
We have owned the unit for ten years and have many repeat clients!
We live in New Mexico and have friends in the Tampa area. Our families are in Atlanta, Georgia; this is a short flight or seven hour drive for them to visit the condo.

A beautiful property with a solid rental history. 40% of our clients are repeat customers! This property is right across from John's Pass Village and only one building from the John's Pass inlet which makes great fishing very convenient. Our clients love the location and the unit itself! An awesome getaway property!
Fishing, walking on the beach, shelling, swimming in the Gulf of Mexico and the pool, grilling out on the gas barbeque at the pool, watching the wonderful sunset each day as the property faces west. Beautifully furnished unit which is quiet, peaceful and private.
I spent 2 glorious weeks at this FABULOUS condo in January. Jeannette (owner) was phenomenal. She was quick to respond to inquiries and offered the fishing gear when I indicated a desire to fish as the inlet. The photos depict the condo precisely, in fact I had the opportunity to visit other condos and this one blows them away. Furniture and décor made the place feel very homey and comfortable.The property is VERY WELL maintained and the owners I met during my stay worked hard to make this a quality complex and were very hands on in the maintenance and cleaning (ie:painting tables at the pool, picking up trash, etc....) Also, the office staff, which I bombarded with many questions, inquiries, were so helpful and patient. They helped with parking pass, a refund on the vending machine, directions to the airport and even the best place to purchase fresh seafood! SOOO helpful! The location is absolutely PERFECT. A 60 second walk and you are in the heart of John's Pass for shopping, dining, and just hanging out. I highly recommend "The HUT" and its conch fritters....they are the best this side of the Bahamas!
If I ever come back to the area, I truly hope this unit is available because I would not hesitate to book here again! truly, home away from home.
Our stay at your condo was so great 2 years ago we are coming back this year. The location is awesome. Right on the beach with everything within walking distance. It is so convienient for accessing your rental. Pool and beach right there. Sunsets were beautiful and sure they will be the same this year. Romantic walks on the beach are a great way to end your day. Accomodations are fabulous. No need to worry about taking anything except your suit. That is if you love the sun. Highly reccomend this condo to anyone. Darrell and I plan to return again to enjoy our honeymoon alone.
Right across from Johns Pass Village with great shopping entertainment and restaurants, 35 minute drive Tampa Airport, only one building up from John's Pass Inlet--great fishing!
