This farmhouse is divided in two separate living areas. For rental is the ground floor of the house which has been completely furnished and renovated. It features two double bedrooms with communicating bathrooms, spacious living room and dinning room as well as a separate kitchen. A smaller salon allows to place a sofa which is a confortable doble bed. Sleeps six adults, two children’s beds are available and baby cot can be added upon request as well. Includes heating, chimeney and TV.

Sustainable agriculture that offer the visitor and authentic country living. Stunning country side views and total tranquillity at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range.

Ideal holiday for families which look for a direct contact with nature, head into the island’s interior, or discover picturesque wild pine hills teeming with birds and sheeps and undulating countryside with fields of almond, olive and lemon groves.

This country house has been our summer holiday place for generations, therefore I hope you enjoy it and relax so much as we have done always.

Son Hortola is the perfect place for a holiday for families and nature lovers, great in summer and in winter.

But, I want to give you some more tips.Traveling with partners, friends and families, sometimes the only thing you can all agree on is that you want a holiday. Some want to be busy, every single minute; whilst others like nothing better than chilling out for a week or two. So finding something to suit everyone isn’t as easy as it sounds. Of couse, we can help you with tha. We can offer you possibilities to arrange spanish, tennis or golf course. Wir sind herzlich von Pilar empfangen worden, die Räume waren sauber und gepflegt, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Fernab vom Trubel, eingebettet in Mandel- und Olivenhainen, liegt das 500 Jahre alte Landgut am Fuße eines Berges, mit weitem Blick übers Land bis zum Meer. Außer zirpenden Grillen und das Blöken der Schafe gibt es keine Geräusche. Wer das Landleben und die Stille liebt, für den ist es ein idyllischer Platz mit ganz besonderem Charme. Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen und werden gerne wieder hin gehen. Danke an Pilar für ihre sympatische Gastfreundschaft!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour au Capdella, un petit village derrière la montagne, un lieu magique pour se ressourcer.

Le soir, la terrasse est très agréable.

Discover real Majorca!

The house is absolutely beautiful, really comfortable and a great place from which to explore Majorca, the surrounding mountains and the coast of Southwest Mallorca. It's spacious, well furnished and the kitchen has a good range of equipment. The terrace on the first floor and patio downstairs are both beautiful outdoor spaces and the views from the terrace are stunning. But being in the countryside, we really enjoyed the fireplace at night.We would definitely recommend this house.

Schöne Ferien ohne Hektik und Stress!

Die Finca war einfach ein Traum! Die Fotos haben eins zu eins der Realität entsprochen! Es war sauber, viel Platz, ruhig, einfach alles vorhanden, was man sich wünschen kann... Pilar war sehr hilfsbereit, nett und immer sofort zur Stelle! Wir waren sehr traurig, diesen Ort wieder verlassen zu müssen und kommen gerne wieder!!!

Gönnen Sie sich einen perfekten Urlaub in Majorca!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in dem herrlichen Haus. Pilar war sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat uns sogar persönlich gezeigt, wo wir den nächsten Supermarkt finden. Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und auch der Garten ist sehr gepflegt und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (fast 2 und 3 Jahre alt). Besonders gefallen hat uns auch die Lage des Hauses, die fantastische Aussicht. Die Kinder waren begeistert von dem Garten und den Tieren, die sie sogar füttern durften: , die Schafe und die Hühner. Täglich konnten die Kinder sogar selbst Eier im Hühnerstall holen, die es dann am nächsten Tag zum Frühstück gab. Es ist alles da für einen perfekten Urlaub.

A perfect quiet holiday in natural surroundings

The house is situated in a beautiful olive and almond orchard against the first slopes of the Tramuntana mountain range. The very big appartment is on the ground floor and the terrace, with amazing view, is on the first floor. The appartment offers plenty of space, has a good and spacious kitchen, 2 separate bedrooms, each with private bathroom, and a separate TV-room. The dining room is enormous and nicely decorated.

Along the orchard is a GR-walking route, which leads to Puigpunyent. Es Capdella, with some nice restaurants and 2 small supermercados, is only 1.5km away. Palma de Mallorca is 20 minutes driving. Sant Elm and La Dragonera are definitely worthwile a visit.

We had a very nice stay, and would definitely recommend this place, if you are looking for a holiday in natural surroundings.

Ask the houseowner to show the olive mill!

Grand calme et confort avec vue s/ mer loin bruit

Une ferme ancienne qui comme un petit château fort surplombe la vallée et la mer. Bien rénovée, l'appartement est frais, très spacieux et confortable. Un grand calme appréciable après la mer. De nombreux chemins de ballade rendent l'endroit attractif pour les marcheurs.

A 18th century farmhouse / Possessió located on 100 hectares of land, situated 1 km from the village of Es Capdella (Calvia), Mallorca.

Almond, lemon & centenary olive trees, sheep, chickens offer visitors authentic country living. Stunning country side views and total tranquillity at the foot of the Tramuntana mountain range, with beautiful walking routes and trekking paths to Galatzo mountain (1024m).

Palma Airport is a 35 min drive away and a car is essential. Close by (15 min drive) are two sailing ports, Portals and Andraitx.

The closest sandy beaches are 20 min drive:Santa Ponsa, Paguera and Portals. There are many other charming bays & rocky beaches nearby as Cala Llamp in Andraitx or Can de Mar.

There are many golf courses within a short distance 15-20 min: Real Golf Bendinat, Camp de Mar, Son Vida, Santa Ponsa.

Capdella is situated in the interior of the island, in the district of Calvià. It has about 1000 habitants. It is worthwhile visiting the lovely church in the town centre. The landscape is dominated by the Puig de Galatzó which is some 1020 m high. The beautiful landscape is ideal for a variety of sporting activitiesThere are two supermarkets and three restaurants which serves delicious food in the village. A market in Calvia (4km from the property) on Monday
