The completely exclusive, newly furnished holiday apartment with a living room/bedroom, shower bath and kitchen is located on the 6th floor of an apartment complex in the Sonnenalm holiday complex. The Sonnenalm is located about 2 km outside of the spa Bad Mitterndorf on an elevation. Parking spaces are directly in front of the house. During the winter season, you can take the ski bus from the Sonnenalm to the winter sport region of Tauplitzalm. From the living room and the south-facing balcony you will have a stunning view of the beautiful mountain world. The living room/bedroom is equipped with a pull-out dining table and 2 chairs and with 2 foldable chairs. The folding bed in the cabinet wall (140x200) and the sofa bed (120x200) offer space for 2-3 people. The kitchen has modern equipment with granite countertops. Dishwasher, washing machine, fridge, 4 plate ceramic range, microwave with grill and electrical appliances available. The bathroom with a shower has heated flooring.

Bad Mitterndorf is a spa (thermal springs and moss treatments) and internationally known due to the ski jumping at Kulm. During the summer and fall, it is a stunning hiking region, from walks in the valley to high-alpine mountain tours. Multiple primarily open accessible lakes in the surrounding area and the pool in the city invite you to go swimming. The high plateau Tauplitzalm (1650 m) is particularly charming and you can reach it through a panoramic street. During the winter, the Tauplitzalm is a very beautiful ski region. Moreover, Bad Mitterndorf offers multiple well-kept cross country trails with a length of 200 km.
