4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bathrooms, Sleeps 10 With Ocean/beach Views

We are extremely fortunate that our home did not suffer any damage from Superstorm Sandy.

If you love the beach, this classic reverse living contemporary is for you! It is located one off the ocean in a private enclave. The entrance to the private lifeguarded beach is just steps away. If you are not on the beach, you can still watch the waves break from inside the house or the multiple decks. The roof top deck provides 360 degree panoramic ocean and bay views.

The home has four (4) bedrooms (Two Master Suites) and three (3) full and one-half (1/2) bathrooms.

The upper level has a living room, large fully-equipped kitchen with breakfast bar and dining room with cathedral ceilings. There is a master bedroom en suite (Queen bed) with sliding glass doors to the main deck. A powder room is also located on this level.

The lower level has another master bedroom en suite (Queen bed). The third bedroom has a Queen bed with direct access to a full bathroom. The fourth bedroom has two (2) twin bunk beds (four singles). All of the bedrooms on this level have sliding glass doors to the covered deck.

An outside shower provides easy beach clean-up when you step off the beach.

***All new mattresses and carpeting throughout the home***

Ten (10) beach badges, Wi-Fi and stereo with iPod docking station provided for your convenience.

There is plenty of parking on the property including three (3) covered spots.

Located within walking/biking distance to the Long Beach Island Foundation and Loveladies Tennis Club.
