Dock with plenty of room for boat moorage. Awesome swimming beach with no weeds. Use of paddleboat. Firepit. Grassy area for playing and lounging. Forested acreage to explore. Basketball hoop with balls. Hockey net with sticks. Pets welcome on approval.

After looking for just the right spot on Lake Cowichan, finally we found our oasis. We live in Victoria and work in Duncan and Victoria. We love Lake Cowichan and have been vacationing there over our whole lifetime. We are fortunate to have found such an excellent recreation home.

What makes this house unique

This home is one of a kind. It is on the best beach on the lake. It is set in a very private location from the road. It has a large beach front with a great dock. You can see and hear the beach from the kitchen - very important for Mom's. It has a fantastic recreation room and dining area with unbeatable views. There is grass to play on as well as beach and a cemented drive area for the kids to play.

Additional information about rental rates

Upon booking request, a Paypal invoice for $100 nonrefundable deposit is sent. Once paid, the dates are held and a Paypal invoice will be sent for 1/2 the rent, less $100, along with Rental Agreement. Payment and returned rental agreement need to be completed within 30 days. May 1, invoices will be sent out for the final payment to be paid by May 15. $500 Security Deposit paid on rental day.
Fees And Taxes Taxes included.
Rentals begin and end Saturdays

Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency (CAD) unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
