Visit this charming 3 bedroom, 2 bath, ocean view home with an open floor plan that sleeps eight. This home has fabulous views from the bedrooms, kitchen, living and dining areas as well as upper and lower decks.

There are 12 steps to the 1st level of this home. Here you will find 3 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. 2 of the bedrooms have a private door to the deck and each has a TV as well. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo on this floor.

Take about 10 steps up to the main living area. Here you will find a full bathroom, kitchen, dining, and living room all in one great room. There is a large flat screen TV w/ satellite, DVD, comfy couch, love seat and a nice new futon. There is a lot of room to spread out yet be close enough together to share in a board game, a movie or just lounging around.

The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to whip up a delicious meal. The dining room table seats 6 and there are also 2 bar stools in the nook giving you seating for a total of 8.

There are large picture windows all across the ocean side of this home that offer you nice ocean views. Just step out the sliding glass door onto the spacious deck and breath in the ocean air. Here you can relax your cares away with a sip of wine and a beautiful sunset.

Traveling with children? You will find a nice playground tucked away in the Olivia Beach neighborhood, located on the east side of this home. There is a 3 car limit here: 1 car can park in the garage and 2 in the driveway. There is no on street parking allowed.

Saving the best for last.... The beach access is just across the street! This is the newest beach access Lincoln City has to offer. Sure there may be a few stairs to go before reaching the sand, but there are plenty of places to pause along the way. This is a very beautifully done access designed for all ages young and old.

Don't feel like taking the stairs? Just a short drive South on Anchor St will take you to a handicap accessible beach access complete with parking and ramp.
