This villa is home to a stunning south facing pool with shaded pool deck, perfect for the occasions when you wish to exploit the glorious weather offered in the Sunshine State.

The villa is surrounded by large beautifully manicured lawns, palm trees and a BBQ area. The villa has a tranquil ambiance despite its close proximity to the thrilling Orlando attractions. Stepping inside the villa, you can expect to be greeted by the beautiful and inviting décor, refreshing air-conditioning and inviting open plan living areas.

Orlando is all about having fun but we've designed our villa to ensure guests don’t have to go anywhere else to have a great time. From the wonderful pool area to the outstanding pool area which features an 8ft billiards (pool) table, air hocked, cable television & a PlayStation gaming console: we’ve got fun covered. The villa is also just literally across the road, just 150 yards away, from the tennis courts and basketball courts.

This villa accommodates between 8 – 10 guests and you can also expect to have a great night’s sleep in any of the four wonderful bedrooms.

- The master suite is completely luxurious and is home to a super king bed leading into a lavish en suite with Jacuzzi style bath tub, walk in shower and mirrored walls with vanity units.

- The queen suite and twin bedrooms are just as sumptuous with each featuring their own unique style blending style and comfort.

We know that you will want to spend time enjoying the sun so our pool lanai also offers great comfort with our plush chairs and sun loungers.

With no neighboring villa directly to the rear or right, you can have privacy as you take a dip in the pool or chill on the pool deck as the hedges in our beautifully maintained gardens surround the pool lanai.

    Our self catering holiday villa includes everything you need with our rates already including tourist tax, sales tax and checkout cleaning.

    Complimentary wireless internet, cable television and a fully equipped games room are also provided.

    Due to the associated expenses of pool heating, we regret that this cannot be offered as standard although can be arranged at any time throughout your stay by our Orange Tree based management team for an additional fee.
  • All bookings must be confirmed using PayPal (we accept any major card) with a £250 payment required to secure the booking and the remaining balance being payable ten weeks prior to departure.

    We require all parties to fill out a booking form detailing each guest within their party. A copy of the rental agreement will be provided and is available within the villa for you to browse.

    Our rental agreement outlines that you must disclose the names of people within your party and leave the villa in the condition you found it as a party will be responsible for any damage caused.

  • The villa has three bathrooms. The main bathroom is located off from the open plan family room/kitchen area and features a bath/shower, toilet and vanity unit. The second bathroom doubles as a pool shower room or queen suite en-suite. The final bathroom is the deluxe en-suite in the master suite which is large and spacious featuring a central jacuzzi bath tub, walk in shower and more.

  • Our villa features four beautiful bedrooms and a capacity for up to ten guests. The first bedroom is our master suite which is extremely large featuring a super-king size bed, large television, dressing table and French doors which lead to the pool deck. The master suite is open plan and leads in to a luxury and large bathroom featuring a central jacuzzi bath tub, walk-in shower and two vanity units. The master suite also features a walk-in wardrobe. The second queen suite bedroom features a different theme to the master bedroom and is an ideal size with a queen size bed, large cable television with DVD player and access to a second en-suite or pool bathroom (can be locked as en suite or pool shower room). Finally, there is the twin rooms which share the central bathroom. Both twin rooms feature single beds, cable television and large wardrobes. The final sleeping capacity comes from a double sofa bed accessible in the Den.

I really wanted somewhere special to stay when my family and I stayed in Orlando and this villa didn't disappoint.

The villa was stunning and immaculate and totally lived up to my expectations. The kids especially loved the games room and tennis court and the pool area was a fantastic way to relax in the glorious sunshine.

The neighbourhood was very nice and in the perfect location to experience the great Florida attractions such as Disney and Universal which the whole family loved.

The owners were lovely and made the whole process really easy. I would totally recommend the villa and can't wait to go back with the family.

September 2010. This villa was immaculate, clean and spacious, beautifully furnished and had everything we required for our stay. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful.The pool area was great with lots of space for sunbathing and breakfasting outside. The pool cleaner came once per week and the gardens were well maintained. The kids enjoyed the games room in the villa, and also the basketball and tennis courts outside the villa. The location of the villa is perfect, 10 mins drive to Disney, 5 mins to shops. It is also peaceful and quiet. We especially enjoyed feeding the big birds that came to visit the villa, I think they were cranes. The owner of the villa was in contact with me throughout the reservation and after the holiday to see if everything was satisfactory. I would definately recommend this villa to anyone who is thinking of visiting Florida. We had a wonderful time there. I would love to stay in this villa again if visiting Florida again.

Beautiful Home

When I first started looking for my vacation home. I had certain visions of what I wanted in the home. The pictures on the internet showcased the villa to a "T". It was like walking in to "Better Homes and Gardens Magazine". Every room was beautifully decorated and coordinated. I would love for my own home to be like this. Check-in went smoothly. The home was very clean and well maintained. Pool area was fabulous and all needs were met by the management company. I would love to visit again. When asked what I liked most it would have to be the beautiful master bedroom, the heated pool, the location and also the open plan kitchen, nook and family room was very cosy. What I disliked most was having to go home and I would definitely recommend it and would love to stay there again.
