Classy, yet affordable home that can accomodate up to 10+ people!

Enjoy the luxury of 5 star linens and comforts for all your guests without all the neighbors!

Party on the covered patio with a 180 degree green view of our huge backyard, without rear neighbors, while barbequing on our propane grill (double tanks provided), and relaxing on the patio sectional. Come inside and kick your feet up on the overstuffed, extra-large living room sectional while watching all your favorite football replays with High definition Dish network, Netflix, Apple TV, DVR, BluRay, and Wii on our 42' wall mounted flatscreen. This home is only one block away from a park with a large playground, stream and walking trails, and only 4 blocks away from freeway access, mall shuttle to TAMU only one exit down! This home is at the end of a cul-de-sac, allowing lots of parking room. Dine at our contemporary counter-height table which seats 8, and enjoy new granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a fully working kitchen. Home office computer with printing and WiFi. Guest-only, all white linens, adjustable showerheads, memory foam bath mats, all the luxuries!

This home can accommodate up to 10+: Pillow-top King in Master bedroom with adjoining full bathroom, Ortho-Full bed and crib in second bedroom, 2 twin beds in third bedroom by remodeled hall full bathroom, double-high, self inflating-queen air mattress and twin (provided) for large open space in home office, in addition to the sofa sectional.

Why JoAnna chose Bryan - College Station

We wanted a home close to everything, but not by busy noisy streets. This home is only 1 block from a park and walking trails, but is only a few blocks from the freeway that can take us anywhere in the BCS area in minutes. We wanted a place to party with our friends, and this home has a large covered patio and HUGE backyard with a great, unobstructed view.

What makes this house unique

One thing we love about staying at a 4 and 5 star hotels, is the all-white, luxurious linens and memory foam bath mats. We provide these on all the beds and in both baths, as well as airmattress. We want our guests to feel like this is their place, not like they are guest at someone's home, so we remove almost all personal belongings, leaving a clean, stream-lined home with plenty of storage for our guests clothes and groceries. We don't want our guest to want for anything, so we provide the double propane tanks, wood for the firepit and all the bells and whistles with our Dish including Hi-def, DVR, Wii and Blu-Ray.

Great house with awesome backyard!

We stayed here for A&M baseball game with another family of 4. It was exactly as was represented. Very clean with a very family friendly back yard. Great patio for the adults and play areas for the kids. Joanna was easy to work with and communicated very well. We tried to book it again for the football season but it was unavailable.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
