Recently renovated kitchen with all new appliances, granite counter, and Trevertine back splash.

All new bedding, towels and kitchenware.Cozy and comfortable - you will feel right at home.

Close to St. Armand's Circle. Lots of restaurants, shopping and sightseeing.

Junior sized Olympic pool, wading pond, hot tub, club house, fitness center and extensive private beach. One parking spot under building, plus second parking spot outside.

New HD TV in Living Room and Flat screens in each bedroom.

The beach is stunning and very private. The pool is a centre piece of the beautiful resort like grounds.

Why The Owner chose Lido Key

We have been going to Long Boat Key for about 10 years and we just love it. We have had our eyes on The Beachplace for years as it is the best location on LBK.

What makes this condo unique

We wanted this condo because it faces south, which is crucial in the winter, and has a beautiful view. Only two of the 11 buildings have south exposure from the balcony. The unit is contemporary and comfortable. You feel like you are at home.

Very friendly condo community. The unit was well situated within the property with a southern exposure and morning sun. Maintenance staff very helpful with the minor things that needed fixing. Well furnished and comfortable. Would have returned next year if the place had been available.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing
Owner's Response: Appreciate the feedback. Happy to see that the southern exposure was noted as this is a defining feature year around. Sorry that we could not accommodate you in 2014.
