Kitchen and bathrooms remodel was recently upgraded (January 2013) with new cabinetry and granite countertops. Plantation shutters throughout. Pool/spa. Ceiling fans and custom furniture adorn every room.
Home is located on a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of La Quinta. It is very private, with home offset off the street and backyard fully enclosed. Front yard is grass landscaping with rose bushes, a large plumaria tree, and a texas ebony shade tree. Backyard is concrete slab with pool & spa, propane BBQ, patio furniture off family room & master bedroom.
As you enter the home from the front door you will be greeted with an inviting Living Room with sectional sofa, and chairs. There is a dining room with seating for 8 off the living room overlooking the pool and spa. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and granite countertops and plenty of counter space and storage. The family room has a 52' flat screen tv and 2 lazy-boy sofas and an Office/Bar at the back of the room.
Laundry room is off the garage and the washer and dryer are new and for your use during your visit.
The master bedroom welcomes you with a king sized bed and 50' flat screen tv. There is a walk-in closet, dual sinks, separate tub and shower, and private patio with sliding door.
Guest bedroom 1 has a queen size bed, and a 42' flat screen tv.
Guest bedroom 2 has two twin beds, and a 32' flat screen tv.
Guest bedrooms 1 and 2 both share a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and new vanity.
Guest bedroom 3 has a futon that converts into a double bed, and a 32' flat screen tv.
This is our second home and we truly love spending time in the desert area. We have 5 small children who also love taking vacations in the desert whenever we can. We live approximately two hours away in Orange County, CA.

We've taken great pride in decorating our property and maintaining it as well. Our home is comfortable and provides a true home away from home feeling for our guests.
The location of this property is great! We are accessible to many stores and to the popular concert venues like Coachella and Stagecoach as well as the tennis pavilion. We are located close to the 10 freeway in between two exits. Washington and Jefferson.
We could not have asked for a better place to stay during our Coachella 2015 trip. It's about a 5-10 minute drive to the venue. The house was beautiful and easily slept 8. We used the pool and bbq grill daily and had everything we needed to have an amazing trip. Thank you again and we would not hesitate to rebook if available next year.

Stayed with a number of friends over Coachella weekend. The house was close to the venue in a small development. There was a Costco around the corner and Jenn was kind enough to lend her card for the weekend. Above and beyond the call of duty! We did find that the house was well stocked with equipment, although the blender didn't work on arrival. The grill, pool and hot tub were used heavily and received positive reviews. We also used the washer/dryer to clean off Coachella grime. All in all a very positive stay. Owner was great with communicating.
We found this home extremely comfortable, well maintained and beautiful. The neighbourhood was quiet and the neighbours friendly. We have stayed in a few rentals over the years and this one is certainly on our top list now. It was well stocked with towels, linens, cleaning supplies, kitchen utensils as well as some simple pantry items and a spare propane tank for grilling. Also, having a baby high chair and some extra toys for my 9 month old great nephew made travelling so much easier for my niece and her family. We loved have a relaxed meal at the kitchen peninsula after an afternoon in the pool or a day out touring. The owners were very easy to deal with.
When we arrived at this rental property we opened the door and went WOW! The house was everything and more than we expected. The neighbourhood was very quiet and the neighbours very friendly. Our two weeks went by far to quickly. The location is ideal - very close to shopping, golf & tennis. We were two couples and found the house had more than enough room for us, we enjoyed swimming in the pool after a round of golf and hot tub in the evening - with the odd glass of wine.

My wife and I just returned from 5 days at this home, and it was amazing - it's even more beautiful than the pictures! We have stayed at many vacation rentals over the past few years, but this one tops them all. The home is extra clean and beautifully decorated, and it was nice to have many of the same utensils and spices in the kitchen that we would have at home. We enjoyed sitting in the sun by the pool most days, then headed to the Cliff House (5 mins away) for happy hour every day around 5. Their prices are really good at that time and the food was fabulous. We hope to return again soon, and in the meantime we highly recommend this home to anyone who wants top quality at a fair price.
This home is a short drive from the Tennis Pavilion, that hosts the annual BNP Paribas Open in March; is close to all the valley's world class golf resorts; just a few miles from the Indio Polo Grounds that hosts the annual Coachella Music and Arts and Stagecoach Music Festivals in April; and Highway 111 and its many shops and restaurants are close by. There is also a Knotts Soak City, Living Desert Zoo, and an outlet mall in Cabazon that are popular attractions. Agua Caliente Casino and Fantasy Springs Casino/Concert Hall are close, but there are plenty of other casino options on Indian Reservations nearby.
La Quinta is +/- 100 miles from the LA area, and is just east of Palm Springs. La Quinta is a great place to escape for a weekend, or to kick back and stay for a while. It's natural beauty, more relaxed pace, and climate are just a few of the reasons why I love the desert.
This home is centrally located to all the desert's best golf courses. PGA West and La Quinta Resort boast some of the better tracks in the desert, and they are both in La Quinta and close to this home.
The Desert is home to some of the best shopping and dining around, and El Paseo Fashion District, The River , and the Cabazon Outlets offer plenty in these categories.
If you like the Outdoors, walking, hiking, and biking are great ways to enjoy the desert. There is no shortage of trails, and if you want to get even more adventurous, Joshua Tree National Park or the Palm Springs Tramway, are great places to visit.
