A friend and I came up for a girls weekend. The cabin was clean, cozy, and such a nice location. The owners are prompt at getting back to you and take good care of you during your stay. This cabin would be great in any season.
The views are gorgeous, the cabin is quant and clean, a perfect place to get away and leave all stress and worry behind and take in nature. We will be back!
We loved our stay so much that we are looking to book another stay right now for October. The cabin was very comfortable & clean. The bed was so comfy. It has everything you could need. We fished & took walks in the woods (spooky), had fires & relaxed. One night we saw a barred owl flying over us & followed it into the woods & it stared at us for a couple minutes. The next day as we were looking out onto the lake, we saw a bald eagle! The fish were biting & a monster pike stole my boyfriends lure (we're coming back for him...& the lure lol). There were pike, bass (I got a good sized one), & small pan fish. DeeDee was really sweet & when we arrived just after a storm that apparently knocked out power to cabin 2, DeeDee was on the phone to consumers all night & brought us another flashlight & offered for us to take another cabin for the night in case the power wasn't restored (it was at 11pm). It was the most relaxing vacation I've taken in my life & we can't wait to come back again & again. We're def recommending these cabins to our friends & families. Thank you so much!
My 2 girlfriends and I came up for a getaway and had an excellent time! The cabins were just perfect. We had the feel of camping - with a nice soft bed, kitchen and indoor plumbing! The cabin was clean and had all the supplies we needed.,
Greg & Dede are excellent hosts. Friendly and very accommodating. Firewood was delivered to my cabin and ready to go when I arrived.
I went there to explore the lake on my kayak. My friends used the provided paddle boat. The fish were biting too, according to other guests on the water.
Vfery enjoyable vacation - I will go back as often as I can.
What a GEM! My wife, 2 dogs and I were looking for a quiet place with beautiful scenery and we hit the Jackpot with this little cabin. It was peacefully quiet the entire time we were there which was exactly what we were looking for. Dede and Greg were wonderful as they kept the firewood coming the entire length of our stay. I look forward to making this an annual trip.
*If you don't enjoy well water make sure to bring your own.
My wife and I were looking for a place to get away for the weekend and just relax without having to worry about life's distractions. What an amazing find! It was exactly what we hoped for and exceeded our expectations. The cabin was very clean and had all of the essentials. Our small dogs were welcome and had a great time running free. If you want a weekend of peace and a great view of the land, this cabin will not disappoint. We will be back! Thank you Denise and Greg for sharing your wonderful property!
