The holiday apartment with central heating is located on the 2nd storey of a 6 family house and offers abundant room on 100 m². The apartment is arranged in Spanish style and features a sun balcony with terrific view of the sea respective the mountains. We explicitly indicate that we attach great importance to a quiet living with mutual thoughtfulness, for the well-being of all parties living in the house, as well as our guests. The house is located centrally, yet in a quiet area. The town center, as well as the beaches are quickly reachable. It is only a short way to several shopping facilities, restaurants, tennis and horseback riding. All around Cala Ratja you can find different golf courts that make every golfer’s heart beat faster. Despite the central location you can enjoy silence and recreation and forget all about the hectic of everyday life.

The town Cala Ratjada is located in the Northeast of the island at the south side of a rock complex extending into the sea – about 11 km to the West of Artà. Because of its pictorial beaches and the quiet pristine town atmosphere, Cala Ratjada is an extraordinarily famous holiday location for the young and the young at heart and particularly for families. The town features the island’s second largest fishing port. From Cala Ratjada different excursion boats consort with the neighbouring islands. There are no skyscrapers in the inner city. The town picture is dominated by small houses, the pine square that is used as a market place twice a week. Lovely cafés invite you to linger here. Cala Ratjada has 5 beaches – from South to North these are: Cala Moll, Cala Gatt, Cala Agulla, Cala Moltó, Cala Mesquida. The most famous and beautiful is the Cala Agualla beach.

Wir hatten diese Wohnung vom 23.03. bis 09.04 gemietet und wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
Sie ist sehr gemütlich und komplett eingerichtet. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden.
Sie liegt am ruhigen Ortsrand, aber bis in die Ortsmitte sind es nur ein paar Minuten durch typische spanische Gassen.
Ein Bäcker ist ein paar Häuser weiter und zum nächsten empfehlenswerten spanischen Lokal sind es nur ein paar Meter weiter.
Vom Balkon gibst es jeden Abend einen super Sonnenuntergang!
Wer den Rückweg zu Fuß scheut, kann auch mit der Bimmelbahn zurück fahren.
Im Haus wohnen sehr freundlich spanische Familien.

Wir werden dies Wohnung im nächsten Jahr wieder buchen.

gemütliche und zentrale Wohnung

Unseren Urlaub im März 2009 konnten wir ausgiebig genießen durch die sehr gut gelegene Ferienwohnung im sonnigen Osten. Das erste was man am Morgen sah und das letzte was man am Abend sehen wollte war die Aussicht von der Terasse. Man konnte dort Ruhe genießen. Wenn man wollte auch in kurzer Zeit an der Hafenpromenade sein. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Vermieter über die unkomplizierte einfache Buchung und Abwicklung!

zentrale ruhige schöne Wohnung

Wir waren im März zu Gast in dieser Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wobei unsere Vermieter einen großen Anteil daran hatten. Da die Wohnung zentral und trotzdem ruhig ist, kann man sie nur empfehlen.
Owner's Response: Wir möchten, dass sich unsere Gäste bei uns wohlfühlen und von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute Urlaub pur genießen.
Wer also eine erholsamen Urlaub verleben möchte, ist bei uns genau richtig.
