With 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, 1,300 square feet of exterior decking, an outdoor shower, pool and boasts sleek, eco-conscious design and finishes: The custom white and stainless kitchen features EcoTop counters by Kliptech. The beachy-chic white washed white oak floors, cyprus siding and cedar decking are certified sustainable. The tankless/instantaneous water heating system and central HVAC units were installed for maximum energy efficiency. All appliances are energy star for the highest, most efficient energy performance! The Beach Box is the Hampton's very first eco-container home! The house features amazing views of Napeague Harbor as well as a beautiful dune preserve vista and even a sliver of the ocean!
