Located right next to the Four O’Clock ski run, the Sunset Lodge is not only just fifty yards from the Snowflake Lift, it is also just two blocks away from all of the restaurants and shopping downtown. While there are two private bedrooms, this property utilizes its space to the max with additional sleeping accommodations found through the full sleeper sofas in the finished basement and the sleeper sofa in the living room. The lower level bathroom has been completely remodeled with new radiant, in-floor heating; and there is even a new stackable washer and dryer! At the Sunset Lodge, you will find a new flat screen TV, VCRs and DVD players, new carpet, updated bathroom and living room areas and a private hot tub. All in all, with its prime location, its abundance of space, its excessive list of amenities and its convenient access to the free shuttle and heated pool (off-site), the Sunset Lodge provides a great value - and an even greater vacation - that simply cannot be beat!

We were amazed at this clean,beautiful and spacious condo. The fully equipped kitchen was wonderful. The walk to Main St. was easy and close to shopping and many restaurants. After having to evacuate Manitou Springs because of the Waldo Canyon fire, we thought our vacation was ruined. Finding this condo with the help of VisitBreck was better than we ever dreamed.
