Ski school for the kids is just steps away! You will also love being only ½ block from Main Street where you can take in all of the shopping, dining and night life that Breckenridge has to offer.
Unit Amenities - After a big day on the slopes, you can whip up dinner in the beautifully appointed kitchen, while the rest of the group can relax on the large leather sectional while enjoying a fire and watching TV on the large flat screen TV. This property is meant to be enjoyed year-round. With the property bordered by the Arapahoe National Forest, you will find hiking and biking trails right outside the front door during the summer.
Resort Amenities – Being a guest at the Village at Breckenridge gives you full access to all of the resort amenities including heated underground parking, 4 outdoor hot tubs, an indoor/outdoor swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and health club. Please note that all Village reservations are subject to a nominal daily parking fee that is paid at the time of booking. Parking vacancy is based on availability per the Village at Breckenridge.

This condo is exactly as pictured.. very clean, nicely decorated, and comfortable. The location was great as we were within an easy walk to Main Street, and when we did use our car, it was only a 2-3 minute drive to other locations in Breckenridge. The bedrooms, bathrooms and living area are a very nice size; the kitchen is a fairly narrow, but we made it work. It should be noted that the description indicates a "Washer and Dryer". This was misleading, as they are not located in the condo, but instead it should indicate that a "Washer and Dryer are available for use for a fee".. they were located in a hallway closet outside the unit and each load costs $3.25. There is not really a view or patio to speak of, and the twin beds in the 3rd bedroom seemed smaller than regular size twins (at least according to my teenage boys). But, these were minor inconveniences which would not prevent us from renting here again. This was a great location for the summer; it would be a treat to be as close to the slopes in the Winter.
