Two story, top floor unit, no neighbors above, and mountain views! Loaded with amenities, an ideal location for skiing & après ski time as well as an affordable rate, it is no wonder that the Cimarron 301 is one of our most popular condos! This condominium has two bedrooms, and sleeps 6-8 people with additional sleeping accommodations! Comfortable and cozy are two words which describe Cimarron 301! Freshly remodeled with new furniture and ideally located within one block to historic Main Street, Peak 9 base, the 4 O’clock Run, and directly across the street from the Riverwalk Center and the Blue River, this condo comes equipped with plenty of amenities! Walk directly across the street to Breck’s Free Shuttle bus stop, which is the most convenient way to get to the slopes, and runs every 10 minutes. Numerous chairlifts will bring you to all parts of the mountain, including the challenging double black diamond Imperial Bowl that towers at almost 13,000 feet! After a long day on the slopes, relax in the common area covered outdoor hot tub or unwind in the dry rock sauna. During the warmer months, you can also sit in the mountain sunshine and breathe in the fresh air on the giant outdoor common area deck. Cimarron guests have access to the Upper Village pool, which is a bit of a walk away or a short drive, and has an indoor/outdoor heated pool, changing rooms, two outdoor and one indoor hot tub, and a relaxing sun tanning area. This condo has private in-unit laundry upstairs, underground parking, elevators to each floor in the building (note: no elevator within condo), private balcony, wood burning fireplace, flatscreen TVs with cable in all bedrooms and a large flatscreen TV in the living room. Additional amenities include a DVD/Blu-ray player, community washer and dryer, on-site exercise room, barbecue grill and full kitchen. Sleeping 6-8 people, this spacious condo has two bedrooms, both of which are upstairs. The first bedroom has a comfortable king-sized bed, 32” Samsung flatscreen TV with cable and a closet with extra bedding. It has a bathroom across the hall which includes a shower/tub combo and private laundry next to this bathroom. The second bedroom upstairs has two queen-sized beds, a 32” Samsung flatscreen TV with cable, closet with extra bedding and ensuite bath with shut-off toilet and walk-in shower. Additional sleeping accommodations are found downstairs on the main level. There is one queen-sized Murphy bed in the living room that can sleep two additional guests right in front of the wood burning brick fireplace and large 42” flatscreen TV with cable, DVD and Blu-ray player. Cimarron 301 has a long list of amenities all while holding an ideal location! This 1,200 square foot condominium is walking distance to everything and is also on the free shuttle bus route. We have spent several vacations with our family there including two grandchildren who love to ski. The location is ideal for family gatherings or friends just wanting to get away for a week or weekend beautiful set up. The location is ideal in the wintertime for skiing and also in the summertime in order to do any of the activities you are wanting to do in the summer also.
The condo has recently been updated and has every amenity a person could want or wish for. The fireplace is great in order to sit back relax and enjoy glass of wine and talk over your days activities. The kitchen is well supplied and the view out the deck is absolutely beautiful.
The proximity to town town Breckenridge is wonderful in order to do all that great shopping in Breckenridge. The restaurants are fantastic if you are not wanting to cook.
This is a place our family will return to yearly we love this location and look forward to spending time there again.
This place is fantastic! Clean, beautifully decorated with new furniture and sofas, lots of hot water, completely stocked kitchen for cooking any type of meal. Long balcony with beautiful mountain views in both directions. Living room is spacious with a lovely fireplace and firewood provided. Beds were comfortable with a King in the single bed room. Easy walk across Park to the heart of town or the gondola station. Hot tub in the bldg was not on but Village pool with more indoor and outdoor hot tubs was a short walking path away. Parking is easy in underground garage. This lovely condo really made our stay! Thanks!!!
My brother and I ski together for a week every year, and we rent condos. This condo had the best equipped kitchen that we have experienced over the years. Although the items were not expensive or high end, they were very complete. Also, there were plenty of towels, etc. The furniture was comfortable, and if you like tv's, they were everywhere. It was very clean and showed very little wear for a unit that could sleep 8. The in-unit washer/driver combination were convenient. It was extremely quiet in the unit, and we would defintely stay here again. The F-Lot shuttle is across the street, so there is easy access to Peak 9/Beaver Run, and downtown really is a block away.
