This is truly a great condo at a great price.

Location – Without a doubt, the Base 9 complex stands as one of the best locations in Breckenridge. Less than 3 blocks to Main Street and within walking distance to the QuickSilver Lift, you are only a short walk to all that Breckenridge has to offer. If you don’t feel like walking, hop on the free shuttle located right outside of the property to get to the slopes or downtown quickly.

Amenities - Inside this spacious first floor condo, you will find all of the comforts of home. This unit has two very nice bedrooms and with the sleeper sofa sleeps six VERY comfortably. The furniture is very nice and this unit is really just a short walk passed Maggie Pond to the Base 9 Super 6 Chair. The manager was very friendly. The deck has a grill which we used along with the great kitchen amenities. Will likely stay here again.
