Konea 705 offers a most tranquil experience thanks to being on the top-floor of the north-facing wing overlooking Konea’s Hawaiian gardens, pools, waterfalls and tiki torches. In just minutes you can be drinking coffee on the beach and enjoying the sand between your toes. In the winter months you can listen to the waves break from the lanai and from within the condo.
The photos highlight the ocean views from Konea 705’s lanai and from inside the home, but only after you have experienced it in person will you realize that they fall short of capturing the true beauty this condo offers.

This condo has Honua Kai’s coveted 1315 square foot split-bedroom floorplan that provides privacy for its guests. The glass lanai is a spacious 230 square feet. The kitchen is complete with Bosch appliances, granite countertops and lots of storage space. The homeowners are cooking enthusiasts and make their favorite cooking tools available to guests.

I stayed in this condo for two weeks over our Holiday vacation and my family and I were delighted with the experience. The condo is large and allowed for plenty of space for my family of five. We enjoyed waking up every morning and eating breakfast on the lanai while looking out and seeing the whales. The sunsets are breathtaking making us never want to go out for dinner but to instead cook a delicious meal there where we could see the best sunset on the island. From the beautiful workout rooms and multiple pools to the minute-long walk to the beach, this place exceeded our expectations and my family and I can't wait to return.
We just concluded a wonderful vacation on Maui at Honua Kai. This condo provided the most spectacular views and luxurious amenities, we were blown away. We enjoyed panoramic and unbelievable views of Lanai to Molokai as we sipped coffee in the morning and drank Mai Tais at sunset. This particular unit offers one of the best ocean views in the whole of Honua Kai, we can't wait to return early next year as it provides an incredible perspective to view the whales. In addition to the great views we were provided fantastic service by Barb as she personally greeted us and provided a wonderful and thoughtful Aloha basket that got our vacation on the right track. The condo was immaculate and provided luxurious amenities such as high thread count linens and L'Occitane bath products that my wife kept raving about and made the vacation a little extra special. Honua Kai is on the quiet side of Kaanapali, north of Black Rock, this fit our style and provided a great base for all our Maui adventures. The complex provides it all. The owners thoughtfully provided a list of their favorite things to do on the island (which has been refined from their trips to Maui over the past twenty years) and their suggestions led to many memorable dinners, hikes, snorkel spots... We can't wait to go back and do it all over again and highly recommend this condo!
