Tucked into the Heavenly Valley, just below the California Ski Lodge, you'll find our Ski and Sun Shangri-la. Your gonna love it and you've earned it!! For the big family, the wedding party, families sharing a super-time in the snow or on the lake, our house is the one you've been looking for.

Your large family or group will fit just fine in our six-bedroom home. No waiting for your turn in the shower, there's an over-sized hot water heater, that's ready when you are. Three and a half bathrooms means no waiting when you really can't wait. No waiting for your turn in the hot-tub either, it's super-sized too. Relax in the tub with your favorite beverage and let the snowflakes fall, as you take in the mountain view from our huge deck.

Ready to ski, our road takes you right into the Heavenly California Lodge Parking Lot, just one-quarter of a mile up the hill. Head to the beach this summer, just a half mile down the hill. Did I mention the location? Oh, yeah I did. Sample the great restaurants and the shopping in Heavenly Village. How about a show in the new Village Theater and then some pizza just across the street at Bob Dogs? It's really great. Or, how about the Grown-ups go Wine Tasting at the New Village Wine Shop and the kids can test their luck at the new arcade next door, or take a spin on the ICE-SKATIING RINK. Speaking of luck, you can check your's out; Harrah's, Harvey's, Caesar's and the Horizon all less than a mile from our front door.

Does it sound like I like South Lake Tahoe? I love it!! The house has it all with A 52' SONY upstairs, a new Samsung Flat Screen in the downstairs den. Two additional TV's with VHS and DVD players, and WIFI so bring your laptops. How about a game of pool or ping-pong? You'll have to head for the downstair's den and game room. The kitchen has a full set of plates, glasses and silverware, and all the cooking utensils you'll need to create a feast for the family. Over 3,300 sq.ft. of comfort and convenience. Don't forget, YOU'VE EARNED IT!!

Wonderful Home with Great Location!

This was a great home for our group of 8 adults and 8 preteens/teenagers. Plenty of room for all plus loved the downstairs area...hardly ever saw the kids except for meal times and the game room affectionately turned into the "man cave"! Kitchen well stocked and plenty of linens. Reasonable rates and you just cannot beat this location...everything is within minutes. Our group went ice skating, shopping, and just enjoyed hanging out at the house with all the amenities! Only thing we wished was for more snow, but perhaps another time! Owner Rex was wonderful and so easy to work with....thanks Rex!

Spacious and Perfect location!!

I had an amazing stay at this place! I plan on coming here every year in the winter. I have compared prices with other cabin/houses and you cant beat it. It is in a perfect location, very close to the casinos and walking distance to heavenly. The house is so spacious my group of ten had more than enough space. The game room downstairs is perfect for entertaining guest, no one ever wanted to leave. Rex was very helpful as well, answering questions and providing all the information I needed to have a great stay.

The house is great and we had a fabulous time! It was well laid out for our group. We relaxed, played silly games around the huge table, took trips to the nearby casinos, Kiva Beach, and Spooner Lake and enjoyed the hot tub. We can highly recommend this rental. Thanks!

30th Birthday Party Rental

We had an awesome time at this house! There were only 8 of us and 1 baby that stayed at the house for a weekend. We had a great time and will definitely be back in the future. Here are some highlights:

1- The house is baby/toddler proof

2- It's location is phenomenal

3- The game room is excellent for pool and ping pong playing

4- The kitchen had all of the appliances needed to cook great meals

5- The hot tub was perfect temperature and situated in a great spot on the deck

6- Cable big screen tv and WiFi was a nice touch that you usually don't find

A great place to stay in Lake Tahoe !!

The place was great and so huge. The family room with the ping pong and pool table really made it fun for all. With a nice hot tub on a huge deck everything was all you could ever want. We have rented all the places that Rex has and enjoyed everyone of them. Rex is a great person to rent from and goes out of his way to help you. We will be back soon !! I would recommend this property to anyone.Rex thank you for all your help over the years.
