We are located in a secured tower with elevator, on the 7th floor, where we share with other three units.
This spacious unit is 1100 square feet.

The living room offers a 42' digital TV and WiFi, a futon sofa, a sofa and other comfortable furnishings, and a dinner table with 4 stools.
The kitchen is equipped with cooking range and oven, pots & pans, cooking utensils, all necessary eating ware, paper and cloth towels, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker.
The main bathroom offers a bath tub with shower, large vanity, and a linen closet stocked with towels for bath and beach.
The master bedroom with a half bathroom, is spacious with a very comfortable queen-sized bed, cloth rack, and chest of drawers.
The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, digital TV, and closet.
Each bedroom has an air-conditioner, and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms.
The bedroom windows open to a partial view of Waikiki beach and the blue ocean and swinging palm trees. There is a full view of Diamond Head Crater from the living room and breezy lanai.
This unit rental includes one parking space on the more favorable upper level, steps away from the building entrance.
Kuhio Avenue is a main thoroughfare, home to many stores and restaurants. Buses on Kuhio Avenue stop at almost every block, taking you to Ala Moana Center, and other parts of the island, including the North Shore. We are only 1.5 short blocks to Waikiki Beach, and the world famous Kalakaua Avenue with its upscale hotels, shops, restaurants, and white sand beaches.
The International Market and Food Pantry Super Market are only two blocks away and many ABC stores are at your door step.
LOCATION, CONVENIENCE & SPACE! Only 1 1/2 block to beautiful Waikiki Beach near Duke Kahanamoku statue. Walking distance to Kapiolani Park and zoo. PRIVATE only 4 units per floor. RARE spacious unit, open floor plan with partial view to the ocean and Diamond Head. This property has something for everyone. If you drive, a parking space is provided. If you want to leave the car behind, Oahu has excellent public transportation, giving access to all parts of the island.
This home is simply a place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. In my case, mainly swimming in the warm Pacific waters, and watching the magical beach sunset.
Our home is not the most modern, but it has everything you will need to relax after a busy day of fun on Oahu. For any unexpected needs, there is an on-site manager.
We arrived on 3/11/15 and the property manager Victoria met us on arrival with our keys as promised. Very polite and informative . Condo was clean and tidy and we'll stocked with everything needed for our stay . Also was stocked with toilet paper ( 9 roll package of Charmin double rolls) paper towels and dish soap as well as a blow dryer and hand soap at all sink areas....thank you ! We had 5 adults and the extra bathroom was an added bonus and made mornings alot easier . Well stocked plates cups towels and pots and pans as well as linens. Laundry facility is on the same floor and it's 1.25 per wash and dry...runs for a good time and didn't have to pay but once per load which was a pleasant surprise. Parking...you have 1 allotted spot ...best for a small compact vehicle ...we had a mini van and someone backed into it while parked there...definitely make sure if u rent a car that you take the insurance offered as we did...we used enterprise and we " walked away" even with the damages. It's crazy parking and driving all over the island so the insurance is a MUST ...I can't stress that enough. The location of the condo was PERFECT ...right in the heart of everything ...we couldn't have gotten a better location for the price paid. Again it's PERFECT . Noise...yes it's noisy at night. ..however we weren't affected by it...probably because we usually sleep with a TV on at night anyways at home...and the AC also drowns out some noise. .if u are a light sleeper then bring ear plugs...I had a pair and never used them ...The condo IS outdated however it was perfect for our family and we didn't expect the Ritz Carlton ...the owner has mentioned that she is doing a remodel this coming year and that would be 5 stars from me . There IS a slight roach problem...it's in the kitchen . There is a device in the wall plug that I assume is meant to deter them...however I watched them go in that same outlet it was plugged into. ..I removed the device and they scattered like crazy....this is the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. We kept all trash removed at all times...and left the kitchen light ON at night. ..if we turned it off then there was ALOT of them scattered on the kitchen counters...between stove and counter...and in the sink...suggestion: remove all of those OLD roach traps under the sink and cabinets and replace with new...also hire a professional exterminator to come once a month . We loved it there and WILL rebook again on our return.
Great location - the size of the unit was perfect for the family and we really enjoyed the ability to walk to the beach and enjoy the night life in the city.
The noise of the trucks could be a problem if you were a light sleeper but we all slept well.
Management and owner were easy to work with and the unit was clean and comfortable.
We would certainly book again if and when we return to Hawaii.
Older building but unit very clean, well stocked, very comfortable, free WIFI. Although on the 7th floor, street noise was very noticeable, but tolerable. At night keep the air conditioner fan going and the white noise will block out the street noise, ear plugs help as well. Street noise not the owner's fault, but that's why we give 4 stars instead of 5. Priced well. Liked the close proximity to the beach and many other amenities. Groceries and other shopping within walking distance. Parking included. Beach stuff was there, 2 air mattresses, 2 boogie boards, 2 coolers, beach towels, we left a couple bamboo mats. Communication with the owner was great, all questions answered. Onsite manager and family very helpful. Thanks Lychee and Victoria.
First the good :)
Location is perfect
They knew we were coming with a baby and had a pack and play there for us to use (very thoughtful)
Ice in the freezer was stocked full (now I'm just reaching for good things)
If you cannot sleep with noise do NOT stay here... You can hear everything (even the sound of the city busses lowering their steps) however if you are a deep sleeper the noise is worth it for the location
Wifi password that was given was not correct, we had to trial and error until we got the correct one as the on site manager didn't know the password
There was mold in the bathtub and on the tub stopper (so our daughter could not have a bath)
There were baby cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom (not sure if the place was vacant for a while before our trip as this was bad for the first couple of days and got better as the week went on)
We had to provide our own toilet paper (now this is just silly) we were allotted 2 partial rolls for our week long stay (3 adults) and after that we were told it was up to us to supply the rest
The location of the condo was excellent, close to the beach - about 3 blocks - and lots of restaurants in the area. One free parking space but I would suggest taking tours and buses, driving down there is hectic. The owner and on-site manager were very good to work with. I was having trouble contacting her by cell phone so she met me at the condo at 11:30 p.m. to let us in. The condo had pretty much everything that you would need. My only complaint is that I feel it could have been a bit cleaner, carpets were especially dirty. Due to the single pane, louvered windows it is really noisy so be sure to take ear plugs. I imagine that most places so close to the beach have that problem. We found the condo to be roomy enough to accommodate all of us. It was a pleasant stay and a reasonable rate for the location

And street noise all day. Would not rent again, not worth the money, even at half of the price.
We are centrally located in Waikiki's most visited area. Beaches, bus stops, shops, restaurants, International Market, and Honolulu zoo are all within walking distant.
