Spacious 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath. 1.5 short blocks to Waikiki Beach.

We are located in a secured tower with elevator, on the 7th floor, where we share with other three units.

This spacious unit is 1100 square feet.

Your home away from home.

The living room offers a 42' digital TV and WiFi, a futon sofa, a sofa and other comfortable furnishings, and a dinner table with 4 stools.

The kitchen is equipped with cooking range and oven, pots & pans, cooking utensils, all necessary eating ware, paper and cloth towels, microwave oven, blender, toaster, coffee maker, rice cooker.

The main bathroom offers a bath tub with shower, large vanity, and a linen closet stocked with towels for bath and beach.

The master bedroom with a half bathroom, is spacious with a very comfortable queen-sized bed, cloth rack, and chest of drawers.

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed, digital TV, and closet.

Each bedroom has an air-conditioner, and ceiling fans are in the living room and both bedrooms.

The bedroom windows open to a partial view of Waikiki beach and the blue ocean and swinging palm trees. There is a full view of Diamond Head Crater from the living room and breezy lanai.

This unit rental includes one parking space on the more favorable upper level, steps away from the building entrance.

Kuhio Avenue is a main thoroughfare, home to many stores and restaurants. Buses on Kuhio Avenue stop at almost every block, taking you to Ala Moana Center, and other parts of the island, including the North Shore. We are only 1.5 short blocks to Waikiki Beach, and the world famous Kalakaua Avenue with its upscale hotels, shops, restaurants, and white sand beaches.

The International Market and Food Pantry Super Market are only two blocks away and many ABC stores are at your door step.

RARE spacious unit, open floor plan with partial view to the ocean and Diamond Head. This property has something for everyone. If you drive, a parking space is provided. If you want to leave the car behind, Oahu has excellent public transportation, giving access to all parts of the island.

What makes this condo unique

This home is simply a place to relax and enjoy outdoor activities. In my case, mainly swimming in the warm Pacific waters, and watching the magical beach sunset.

Our home is not the most modern, but it has everything you will need to relax after a busy day of fun on Oahu. For any unexpected needs, there is an on-site manager.

condo started out great but every day it seemed to get worse and worse

First the good :)

Location is perfect

They knew we were coming with a baby and had a pack and play there for us to use (very thoughtful)

Ice in the freezer was stocked full (now I'm just reaching for good things)

The bad

If you cannot sleep with noise do NOT stay here... You can hear everything (even the sound of the city busses lowering their steps) however if you are a deep sleeper the noise is worth it for the location

Wifi password that was given was not correct, we had to trial and error until we got the correct one as the on site manager didn't know the password

The ugly

There was mold in the bathtub and on the tub stopper (so our daughter could not have a bath)

There were baby cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom (not sure if the place was vacant for a while before our trip as this was bad for the first couple of days and got better as the week went on)

We had to provide our own toilet paper (now this is just silly) we were allotted 2 partial rolls for our week long stay (3 adults) and after that we were told it was up to us to supply the rest

Waikiki condo

The location of the condo was excellent, close to the beach - about 3 blocks - and lots of restaurants in the area. One free parking space but I would suggest taking tours and buses, driving down there is hectic. The owner and on-site manager were very good to work with. I was having trouble contacting her by cell phone so she met me at the condo at 11:30 p.m. to let us in. The condo had pretty much everything that you would need. My only complaint is that I feel it could have been a bit cleaner, carpets were especially dirty. Due to the single pane, louvered windows it is really noisy so be sure to take ear plugs. I imagine that most places so close to the beach have that problem. We found the condo to be roomy enough to accommodate all of us. It was a pleasant stay and a reasonable rate for the location

Old very outdated condo. Carpet stains throughout.

Very noisy, dump trucks At 5:45am.

And street noise all day. Would not rent again, not worth the money, even at half of the price.

Owner's Response: We had run a full house in August and the cleaning crew could not shampoo and dry carpet in five hours. We try to space couple days in between guests, so the cleaning crew can have sufficient time to deep clean the unit and to shampoo the carpet. It is an older condo, it offers much spacious living space and cost effectiveness in comparing to the newer condos and hotels in downtown Waikiki. The hotels guests and residents in this area all shared the noise of garbage truck in early morning. Downtown Waikiki is the central of the tourist attractive area, so the waste company needs to collect garbage in the early morning, because the tourists will soon be out on the street and beaches. We appreciate your review so that we can further improve our service. Our goal is to go extra miles to serve our guest and to make their vacation a pleasant memorial.

First time condo renter

The property was just as I expected. The property was clean and we'll maintained. It was close to the beach, stores, clean, and walking distance to everything. The parking stall was a little tight and meant for smaller cars, not for a van like a Sienna. I would haven't been able to park the Sienna without my passenger getting out and guiding me. The owner was helpful and so was the manager and answered all the questions and taken care of any issues we had. I would recommend this place and will definitely use it again in the future, but with a smaller car.

A wonderful home away from home

It's rare to feel truly at home when you are on a vacation far away, but my family and I certainly felt at home at this condo. The owner and on-site manager were wonderful to work with, understanding, and did everything they could to make sure things went smoothly. This is all not to mention how wonderfully located the condo is -- just a couple blocks from Waikiki Beach and within walking distance to anything we needed or wanted (gift shops, food, a grocery store, emergency band-aids, etc.) We honestly couldn't have asked for much more. Thank you!
