The home has three bedrooms, two with queen beds and one room with twin beds. There is a well equipped games room for the whole family to enjoy when not relaxing by the screened pool or watching the big screen tv. This home has all you need to have a relaxing and enjoyable vacation.

I purchased this beautiful home in December 2012 because I had visited the area many times in recent years and fell in love the place. I love the area that this home is located in as I find it close to everything, quite, and friendly. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the sun.

What makes this house unique

The first time I walked into this house it immediately felt like my home away from home. It was so warm and inviting I just couldn't say no. My favorite surprise has been my visitors of the feathered kind from the small lake in the back. There's always unique and interesting ducks waddling around.

This beautiful home is located in the sought after subdivision of Liberty Village, just south of US 192 on Poinciana Boulevard. Less than 15 minutes from Disney World and only 5 minutes away from 192 with all its restaurants, shops, local area attractions and a 24hr Wal-mart Super Center. For the golfers in the family there are several PGA championship courses in the area.

This house was as pretty as advertised and very comfortable. The game room was a big hit with the grandchildren on the one rainy day we spent at home. The kitchen was awesome. Thanks for a great vacation!

Thank you Melinda for our stay at your Liberty Village home in February and March 2013. The home is well decorated and spacious with lots of room. The added games room is a bonus. We enjoyed the heated pool, particularly our two granddaughters who were with us for a week in March. We had to pry them out of the pool nightly but we expected that as they were only escaping the frozen North for a short time. Your home is also well located and close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager Gary was helpful and responsive in answering any needs and our security deposit was returned promptly. Thanks, Gary. I would note for longer term guests you may wish to add an additional good set of pots and pans. All in all a great vacation and we we wouldn't hesitate to recommend your property to others.
