This gorgeous, renovated oceanfront home has seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms, and offers guests 4100 square feet of luxury space to use. Barbados has many upgraded amenities that guests will enjoy such as private elevator, gourmet kitchen, custom 50' zero-entry pool, luscious green yard, marble countertops, and stylish, modern furnishings including plush leather couches.

Enter the first floor of your luxury vacation home into the open living, dining, and kitchen areas where you will find that you have more than enough space to enjoy friends and family. The comfortable living space has plenty of seating with plush leather couches, and a large flat-screen television that can be enjoyed from all living spaces. Into the kitchen guests will first notice the beautiful marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, brand new Wolf gas range stove-top with pot filler, and island bar with extra sink for food prep and a stand-alone ice maker. From the living room, you can easily access the beautiful sun room with television, or the large front porch where you will experience the best of views including your custom walk-in pool, gorgeous backyard, and pristine ocean and beaches. The first floor in Barbados has three bedrooms, including the master, each with their own private bath. The first guestroom has a queen bed, and a bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second guestroom has two sets of bunk beds--one with single over single, and the other with double over double, accommodating six guests. This bunk room has its own private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The large master suite is ideal for relaxation with its king bed and large French doors opening to the front porch which overlooks the pool and ocean. The master suite bathroom, that is attached to the bedroom, has a double vanity, and separate soaking tub and large walk-in shower.

The second floor of this beautiful home has the additional four bedrooms--two with kings, and two with queens. Each of these bedrooms have their own bathrooms with walk-in showers with the exception of one of the king bedrooms which has a tub/shower combination. Don't worry about missing the beautiful ocean views, because one of the kings has private access to the porch overlooking the private pool, backyard, and ocean.

Amazing!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family. With eight adults and four VERY young children, we never felt crowded. The pool was perfect, clean, and they even cleaned it while we were there. The beach felt private because it was so uncrowded. The house was extremely clean and well maintained, furniture was comfortable and the beds were wonderful! I would love to stay here again and hopefully we will.

Beautiful home/amenities/setting

This is a truly tremendous place. The pictures are all spot-on and accurate - the home itself is simply amazing, while the amenities (saltwater pool, outdoor poolside fridge, elevator, outdoor seating, grill, kitchen accessories, wifi, landscaped backyard, walkway across the dunes, etc) are all outstanding. Our extended family converged from across the U.S. (12 adults, 5 kids under 5) and there was plenty of room. In fact, if it wasn't for what I assume are fire codes, the house could easily accommodate another 3-4 kids on couches and the sun/side room off the kitchen with full pull out-couch. While this rental wasn't cheap, it was worth every penny - particularly when Exclusive Properties was there at any time to address any questions/issues that could have arisen. We will most certainly rent this property again and have no hesitation in recommending it to others!

Four Very Happy Familes

We have stayed on IOP for many years and this is the nicest house at which we've ever stayed! The photos are great but the house was even better than expected from both a space and a quality perspective. It was recently immaculately redone including the best pool on the island! It is a 'zero-entry' pool which was absolutely perfect for our kids. I must say that the bathrooms in each of the rooms were all exceptional and one of our favorite things about the house. Great showers! The space and layout of the house were perfect for us. The main floor/common area is all open plan and great for socializing. The kitchen was really nicely done with great space, high-end appliances and an island that everyone could sit around. What we really liked as well was the high degree of privacy for everyone given the layout of the bedrooms/bathrooms. This was important for us as being four families it was still very easy to get 'family time'. Lastly, we really enjoyed the outdoor space! It was nice the way there was tons of space around the pool to play ping pong, sit by the firepit or just lounge in the sun and it was really helpful that there was a lot of covered outdoor space to escape from the sun a bit or get out of the rain. I would highly recommend the house for all types of guest parties....several families, up to seven couples, corporate parties etc... given the very smart layout and really high standard. Thanks again to the owners for our perfect week in IOP!

Great house

Our stay was wonderful. We signed up for the rental before it was "redone" and were hoping things turned out well. The house was great and the people at Exclusive Properties were tremendous in keeping in touch with us as the work progressed. They do a great job for the owner.

Since we were one of the first guests after the remodeling, a couple things needed to be jiggered a little (the microwave for example), but bring that up not as a complaint. Rather to say it was no problem because the guy who handled that was so good. I didn't really get involved in that but my brother went out of his way to tell me how responsive, helpful and nice the guy was.

The listing and photos were good representations of the property. Everything was clean and well maintained. A great house with great support/care by all involved. We would definitely recommend this property to others.

We really enjoyed the waverunner place just up the road. Favorite restaurant was Hall's in Charleston.

House was great. Mel and his team did an outstanding job. Rarely have we experienced such efficient and kid service. Any problem, large or small, was fixed within minutes. And we had 24 hr/day cell access to Mel and Shelly--could to have in case of an emergency. Megan did a great job setting up the rentl and the Mel and his team kept everything running smoothly. A very professional operation.
