Sunsets on the Beach is a classic waterfront home with a rare no-bank beach! It's just what our guests describe when they envision their dream Orcas Island vacation - easy living with all the creature comforts, a super waterfront location, wonderful views and sunsets, and a beach so near that the sound of the waves will soothe them to sleep.

The spacious home, surrounded by groomed lawns and landscaped gardens, is conveniently located within a ten minute drive of Eastsound Village. It features wonderful views of Sucia Island and the Canadian mountains and offers a proximity to the shoreline that allows for an expansive view across the northwestern sea and sky.

Inside, there's a plush leather sectional in the great room, where you can snuggle in to enjoy a fire, watch the big screen TV, or peruse the library wall filled with books focused on the northwest environment and wildlife. At mealtime, there’s ample room around the dining table, as well as counter stools adjacent to the kitchen so that all may chat as meals are prepared. The kitchen itself is bright and cheerful, very well equipped, and includes a breakfast table in an alcove where you’ll want to enjoy morning coffee.

Two bedrooms are located on the main level. One offers a queen size bed, and opens to the patio facing the water. The second bedroom is a good roost for kids, as it features two sets of bunk beds. The shared bath on this level offers dual vanities, a walk-in shower, and a beautiful soaking tub that overlooks a private fenced garden. A mud room with shower is also on this level (perfect for hosing off after a visit to the beach!)

Upstairs you’ll find a generous master bedroom with a king-size bed, balcony, private bath with shower, and workspace.

If you come to Orcas Island to relax by the the sea, you'll find Sunsets on the Beach to be the perfect home away!

The home is cared for by a local rental manager to be sure that your stay goes smoothly. They will help you with your reservation also!
