This home is 800' from beach access. Home was totally remodeled from air conditioning to all rooms. It was expanded to 4 bedrooms with 3 full new bathrooms and a powder room. Totally new kitchen with all new appliances and granite throughout.

About Robert Grote

We, Bob and Sue, have loved Hilton Head Island and Sea Pines for years. We have been coming here by boat for the past 15 years and finally decided to put our feet down and purchased this wonderful home. When we get out of boating this will be our retirement home.

We purchased this home because of its proximity to the beach, its pool and spa and we had a vision of what this home could be transformed to. It had great bones but needed serious changing for our future retirement.

Notes: This home was original built in the late 1980's and we purchased it in June of 2012. We began construction in September, 2012 and removed several walls to open it up and remodeled kitchen, all baths, living and dining areas and added a fourth bedroom and full bath. All work was completed on 2/18/13. This home can also be found under Resort Quest International (Wyndham).

Wow! A beautiful home... now incredibly Better!

My wife and I visited in June, 2012. The home, deck, hot tub, swimming pool, and grounds were well cared for and we had a delightful time. From photo's of the "extreme makeover", we cannot wait to return! Updated and expanded, this delightful home is perfect for an island family vacation... and sooo close to the beach, golf, and trails everywhere.

We highly recommend this beautiful vacation home to family, friends, everyone... we loved choosing from a gazillion great restaurants nearby and Harbour Town's Gregg Russell concerts are a must for kids of all ages!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
