Multi-level townhouse located in quiet North Ocean City. Just a short drive to the boardwalk and outlet shopping. Located 5 blocks from the ocean. Nicely furnished and tastefully decorated, this lovingly cared for vacation home is a wonderful place to relax with your family and friends.

Spacious, fully-equipped unit awaiting your stay. Open floor plan to living room, dining room, and kitchen. Balcony off Master Bedroom and Living Room.

New kitchen appliances along with a full-size washer and dryer. One full and one half bathroom. Bedroom one has queen size bed, dresser and TV. Bedroom two has a double/twin bunkbed with a dresser, and tv. Large living room has a queen sleep sofa. Car port parking with one additional reserved parking space . Additional street side parking available.

Three TV's, 2 VCR's and 1 DVD. Stereo, games, beach toys ect.

This is a quiet location in North Ocean City just outside of Fenwick. Located very close to mini-golf, movie theater, and a variety of restaurants. A short drive to Rehobeth outlets, Assateague State Park and the world famous Ocean City Boardwalk. Close to a municipal bus stop, Northside Park, Ocean City convention center, Fenwick Island State Park, and all the area has to offer.

This is a great condo in a quiet residential neighborhood that is close and convenient to everything we enjoy. North Ocean City is a wonderful family oriented location with much to offer. You can walk or take a half mile drive to the beach.

What makes this townhome unique

Location is key for vacationing and this condo is located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood which is centrally located. Ocean City boardwalk is to the south and the Delaware Beaches are to the north. This neighborhood is always quiet and always perfect for walking, jogging, bike riding, etc. Kids can walk to a small community park and ocean beaches are one half mile away.
