This is a marvelous private waterfront location, just minutes away from Sandpoint’s walking town, home of Coldwater Creek. Enjoy the scenic views and the beautiful Sandpoint area with an easy 90-minute drive from the Spokane, WA airport. Situated on Lakeshore drive near Sandpoint’s Long bridge, provides excellent year round access to the villa.

Schweitzer Mountain has many attractions, from snowboarding, skiing and winter festivals. Enjoy the short drive, or take the seasonal shuttle from town. Snow mobiling and cross country skiing with the many versatile trails offered are a favorite in the area as well.

There are many fabulous restaurants just minutes away to choose from and a charming shopping experience in the many specialty establishments in downtown Sandpoint.

If relaxing is your preference, that can be accommodated with panoramic views out the back of your villa overlooking Lake Pend Oreille with the expansive mountain range by day and the lights of Sandpoint by night.
