Enjoy the Venice of America when you stay at this updated tropical beauty. Ocean access waterfront vacation home in sunny Fort Lauderdale, FL with dock and private pool. Less than 2 miles to beach. Sunny and welcoming with a view of the water from every room. Great pool/patio area with lounge chairs ready for sun and fun.

Two master bedrooms and 2 baths plus a guest room. One master has a king size bed and the other has two queens. The third room is small, but has a full size bed. There is a full size sleeper sofa in the living room. Kitchen is updated with new appliances and granite counter-tops. Bathrooms are updated with granite vanities, marble floors, jacuzzi tub and large walk in shower. Bedrooms are large and have new custom closets. All the comforts of home, but in beautiful Fort Lauderdale.

I stayed here with my fiancé and group of friends (couples and single friends) when we went for a friends wedding in the Ft lauderdale/miami area. I'm so happy we did!! The home is bright, spacious, VERY clean and has a beautiful view of the water. It's also close to everything (airport, supermarkets, restuarants, beach). Compared to a hotel we saved so much money and got a much better place to stay. Will definitely stay here again. Hope it's available!!

This was a great deal for our recent stay to Fort Lauderdale. House was on a private street right on the water! Real close to the beach and also minutes from 95. Pool was relaxing in the private backyard. Can't beat the location or the price. Nice newer home, Will defiantly stay there again!
