Planning an unforgettable good time for friends and or family in the Orange Beach area? Consider the sanctuary of this private home, that sleeps a total of 12 adults- 6 in the Main House; 1 queen bed in the upstairs master bedroom, 1 king sleeper sofa in living room, 1 double bed on 1 st floor bedroom; and 6 in the Guest House; 1 king bed, 1 queen, 1 twin bed plus 1 twin trundle bed. The Main House has 2 full baths and the Guest House has 1 full bath and 1 half bath.
Together both units provide plenty of room to relax inside and out. Please inquire with us about rates and sleeping accommodations for 6 or less, as we will consider renting the Main House or Guest House separately. *Special rental rates apply. Please inquire about renting just the main or both the main house and the guest house.
Enjoy the large screened in sleeping porch off the Main House, and that has the unique and fun swinging bed with a double air mattress and a lot of pillows. Gather for sunset meals on the porch’s table and seating for 6. Take a walk out the along the private dock and to end of the pier for a tranquil moment next to the water with someone special. If it’s the heat you need to escape, swimming and floating in the Bay’s calm waters is great way to cool off. Guests are welcome to bring their boat, kayaks, or canoes. Boats may tie up to the pier. The boat slip pictured usually is for the owner.Paddle boarding is also a favorite activity in Wolf Bay.
There is covered parking for two vehicles as well as a covered walkway from the parking spots to the home's entrance, a screened in breezeway porch, which connects the Main House and Guest House.
Decks around the property are lined with lush wild and native tropical plants and trees, providing abundant shade and unique Caribbean feel.
The outdoor seating and BBQ area with 4 large captain’s chairs are perfect for everyone to hang out while waiting for the beach food classics like hamburgers and hot dogs on the grill. Guests are welcome to make a small fire in the metal fire pit on the deck and share so ‘mores for dessert.
The home’s driveway adjoins a quiet, low traffic cul-de-sac and is ideal for children to play. Hop on a bike trail in any direction, just few 100 feet from the cul-de-sac. In a few minutes on the area’s extensive bike trails, arrive at one of the many public beach access on the shores of the Gulf of Mexico (2 mile) or enter the beautiful Gulf State Park (.5mile ) or Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge (.5). These bike trails are great for the outdoor enthusiast and an awesome way to see the area.

Grab a coffee or an ice cream from McDonalds or a carryout pizza for the family from Pizza Hut, both just a few blocks away. A gas station/convenience store as well as a quality wine and liquor store is also walking distance from the Bay House.
Local favorite restaurant, Doc’s Seafood Shack and Oyster Bar is just one street over and has huge menu, with a variety of options, laid back atmosphere and a wonderful friendly staff. A new favorite restaurant, The Cayman Grill http://www.caymangrill.com/ is next door to The Bay House and features an excellent menu, along with beautiful ambiance. Cayman Grill hours are Monday - Wednesday 11am-9pm; Thursday-Saturday 11am-10pm; Sunday 10am-9pm.
The two best restaurants for sunsets are Flippers and Rumshakers and a few miles from the popular beach front restaurants; Flora-bama Lounge and Package store (6 miles), The Hangout (9 miles) and The Gulf (4 miles).
We hope our home offers many of the same conveniences and amenities that you would have in your own home and certainly in a vacation destination. We are happy to share it and consider it a wonderful alternative to a hotel or high-rise condominium complex. The privacy and seclusion of this property are a treat, while still close in proximity to all the area has to offer visitors. Whether this is your first visit or one following many previous visits, we think you won’t find anything else like it.
Shopping is just minutes away and includes surf and skate shops, entire stores devoted to sunglasses, name brand outlet shopping, and many restaurants.
