Condo, 3 Bedrooms, 2 Baths (Sleeps 8)

This top floor unit in a 6 story building is so close to the ocean you can hear the waves, but far enough up to be peaceful with no one above you! Large private balcony directly facing the beach off of the living room and master bedroom! Watch dolphin swim the shoreline, see the sunset into the Gulf, and let the waves lull you to sleep at night! Private, heated pool, tennis court, and a soft sandy beach. Fish from the shore or the Long Pier next door. Free WiFi, 4 new flat screen TV's with DVD/bluray players. Complete kitchen/icemaker/disposal & new pots/utensils. In unit washer/dryer. Within one block there are restaurants, resort and beach shopping, convenience store and bike/jet ski rentals. Beach Trolley stops out front and travels north to Clearwater or south to John's Pass Village or St. Pete Beach. All along the way are specialty shops, miniature golf, ice cream, candy and shopping.

If you have a car and want to travel further, Downtown St. Pete is only 20 minutes away, Tampa is 45. There are museums, aquariums, Busch Gardens and professional Hockey, Baseball, and Football.

Although Unit 502 is individually owned, we use an on site property management firm to meet you and help you with information, as well as assist you in any way with the unit. We want your stay with us to be your best vacation ever!

About Owner / Property Manager

We live in the Tampa area and just love our beautiful beaches! Our children still love it and the combination of beach, miniature golf and ice cream is a memory passed down through generations!

Why Owner / Property Manager chose Redington Shores

We chose this unit because it was directly on the beach, perfect views from the Master Bedroom and the Living Room balconies, and on the top floor for privacy. We love the building because it is centrally located to everything, while not in the noisier spots.
