Brand new English Gothic/Victorian style home situated as follows:

d) 1.5 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN LAKE GENEVA

Our home features a custom kitchen with granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances, sliding doors from the kitchen open to a huge deck that overlooks the2.5 acre wooded back yard. Elegant gothic arched doorways and window seats throughout. Two master suites one on the first floor and one on the second story, formal dining room with see through wood burning fire place looking into Victorian Parlor. Large family room with 55' LED SMART TV Flat Screen. Two story turret staircase leads to large loft area which overlooks the first floor. One Upstairs Master Bedroom Suite has a Romeo and Juliet balcony that overlooks the private wooded backyard. It includes an en suite gorgeous bathroom with whirlpool jacuzzi tub and a huge custom walk in shower with an overhead rainfall shower head. Large wet/coffee bar with mini fridge and microwave next to the loft and hallway leading to 2 additional guest bedrooms with an adjoining Victorian style bathroom, pedestal sinks and a claw foot tub, also includes an additional walk in shower. Too many additional features to list. Home sleeps 12-14 comfortably, and is our maximum allowed. 3 additional convertible ottoman twin beds on coasters, can be moved to any room. Large deck off the kitchen with a Smoke Hollow 4 in 1 grill/smoker, plenty of outdoor seating and dining. NOW OFFERING DOCKSIDE WATERCRAFT AND PONTOON BOAT RENTALS. Also have a courtesy shuttle service for hourly or daily rentals!
