Great villa

Third time on St. Martin and the best place to stay we had so far. The villa is very nice, well maintained, and it presents an outstanding value in its category. The gated community provides privacy and security. The owner lives on island and is very helpful, if needed. The pool is rather private, which my spouse appreciated for getting a great suntan all over.
Views and sunsets are spectacular. Happy Bay beach is awesome and we frequently had been the only guests on this secluded beach. Access to the beach is a 5 minutes walk, the way back a bit longer, but absolutely worthwhile. We are already planning our return next year.
