I personally rented a room here in 2002 when i first moved to Mt. Shasta and it was always a dream to own this incredibly sunlit, energetic place and make its energy and feeling available to people from around the world who appreciate the mystical wonders and energy of the mountain and the incredible world class outdoor activities available here.

My first impression of this property was "charm, grace, and tasteful." The owner clearly put alot of thought into his decor and created a beautifully appointed environment. The view of Mt. Shasta was important and having her right behind us was a plus. The residence was very comfortable with so many unique features for a rental. In fact, it feels more like someone's home than a rental. The pond was sweet and we fed some visiting ducks who came right up to us. There were one or two minor issues but not worth mentioning. For the price i would highly recommend the Angel House.

Angel House was very comfortable, spacious, and well equipped! The beds are comfortable with plenty of extra blankets if needed. The house is on a quiet street and only a few blocks from downtown Shasta. The TV has a great but I was inhaling the view of Mt. Shasta from the ski resort. It only took me 30 minutes to figure out the TV and that record time for me... Shantam was always available via email (he was staying in Thailand) and the management company was responsive to phone calls. It is aparent Shantam takes good care of his house, so I did the same. I have made VRBO my first choice of places to stay around the world for the last 5 years and will continue to use VRBO always in the future. Shantam and Angel House will always be a place I would recommend for people to stay in the Shasta area!! Thanks again, Matt

And I must say back to you that you were the perfect guest taking time to contact both me and the manager with any questions plus taking the 30 minutes to get comfortable with the new 3D HDTV hi tech TV equipment. (When i get back to Shasta this summer i am going to try to make this only a 5 minute learning curve... will that be possible i wonder?)

I also sincerely appreciate your thoughtfulness in taking care of and respecting Angel House both for me and also for future guests.

I am delighted that you and your daughter had such a positive, delightful and memorable experience and look forward to welcoming you back again.. i hope sooner than later!
