Old rustic 5 bed countryside near the sea wi fi

Lovely apartment, an old stone cottage built in more than a century ago, most recently restored and attention to even the smallest detail. It is surrounded by luxuriant Sicilian countryside, planted with citrus and olive trees planted 800 years ago by the Saracens. The house is equipped with washing machine, dishwasher, small electric oven. It 'also equipped with air conditioning, heating and fireplace. It 's great about 70 square meters with a double bedroom, with private bathr with shower, ground floor, where you will find the spacious kitchen with dining table and sitting area with fireplace and two comfortable chairs. Another room with two single beds and a bathroom, is located on the mezzanine floor which is accessed by a loft where you can add another bed. The house is situated on a plateau about 100 m in height in an area often cool and breezy. The distance from the sea is about 1 km as the crow flies. The sea with its beautiful beaches is easily reachable by 5 / 8 minute drive. And in just 15/20 minutes by car you can reach the beautiful beaches of Castellammare del Golfo, Scopello and the Zingaro nature reserve.

The house is about 30 km from Palermo and 15 km from Falcone Borsellino.Si is in a very strategic point to visit the eastern Sicily.

Nice quite place between Palermo and Trapani.
Lilli takes care of a warm welcome and explains your options for a pleasant stay.
The house is typical and cosy, in a quite area.
It has a friendly garden and a stylisch swimming pool.
Touristic places are easy to reach because of the nearby motorway.
Just great fun to be there!!!

What a delight it was to arrive and find such a beautifully peaceful place with such welcoming hosts. The house sits amongst a plantation of olive and lemon trees with mountains in the background. It's very peaceful. The house is cosy with lots of delightful arty touches and careful attention given to guests' needs.It is a lovely place to just relax. plenty of comfortable places to lie in the shade or sun and the most perfect pool to wallow, wade or swim in. We had some great excursions out , particularly enjoying San Vito, Scopello, Monreale and Erice.What made this place special though was Lilli and her family who were so kind and friendly. We loved our holiday there, just wish it had been longer.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Nice vacation near Partinico

We stayed 2 weeks in this lovely place. Good spot to visit the western part of Sicily. The house sourrounded by lime trees was very clean and quiet. The level of comfort met our expectations. The owner always tried to do her best to make our stay as pleasant as possible.
A car is mandatory.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers

Super for a relaxing holiday

We had a wonderful time in Lilli’s house. The location is so quiet and peaceful, situated in the middle of a lemon grove, and the house has everything you need for a self-catering holiday. There are lots of beautiful beaches within a short drive, such as Castelamarre del Golfo, Scopello and the beautiful Natural Reserve Zingaro. The house is out in the country so you might want to bring your mozzie spray but it also meant we got fresh fruit and salad delivered to our door. The amazing ruins of Segesta and even Selinunte are within a short drive as well as the great restaurants and pizzerias of the surrounding towns and villages. The mountain town of Érice is well worth a visit. There is a lovely restaurant within a short walk of the house if you fancy a few glasses of vino with your pasta! Lilli could not have been more helpful and we really enjoyed our stay. Thanks Lilli!

Non siamo ancora riusciti a realizzare il sogno di tornarci ma …”un po’ di Irlanda “è stata nostra ospite nella nostra casa di campagna … e ne siamo stati davvero felici!
… Anche perché ,inutile dire che si è trattato di due persone semplicemente deliziose …
