Very lovely, finely finished, Haleakala, garden, and tropical view from the lanai on the 4th floor. View of beach is the one that is a two minute walk down the driveway.
The other views in photos are from the lanai. There is a view just big enough to see the West Maui Mountains and a bit of ocean also.
Walk to Hawaiian Moons Health Food Store and MANY other South Kihei shopping areas and strip shops. Nicely furnished. Walk to Kamaole I beach in a couple of minutes, simply down the driveway. Many of the islands best beaches are on this side, and all very close, with much variety.
This unit is for two people who can share the one bed. It has a queen bed, and is A/C equipped with Ceiling Fan also.
The room is tasteful and beautifully finished. The sheets are 100% cotton with 400 thread count.The bathroom area is finished in granite and modern wood cabinetry.
There is a mini frig,microwave for light food warming, and hot plate. There is a toaster and coffee maker. Minimal counter space for preparation.
All supplies for eating are provided: dishes, glasses, cups, silverware, storage containers, pan and pot. A Britta Water Filter is in the room for purified water. No need to buy and carry water to this rental.
There is wifi internet and standard cable, flat screen TV and DVD player. Provided for your beach convenience are 2 Tommy Bahama Beach chairs, umbrella, 2 Body Boards, and cooler. The condo complex has pool, hot tub, tennis courts, sauna, and undercover parking.
This unit is not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator and then once you arrive on the 4th floor, there is a zig zag walkway that has 3 sets of 6 steps. So, it's good exercise. I enjoy the walk, and always take in the surroundings, and walk off some of that great Maui banana bread I've been enjoying.
There is also a shorter way to get up by simply taking the stairwell that puts you right at this condo at the top.
BBQ areas for your enjoyment. This is a non-smoking, condo including pool area, building and hallways. 25% to reserve.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
Kihei is home of the BEST Maui has to offer. Kihei is a LONG beach community that features, boating excursions, whale watching (seasonal) swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, paddling, boogie boarding, surfing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and canoeing. Enjoy sunrises over Haleakala and sunsets over the ocean. Casual to elegant dining, dancing and karaoke are all within easy walking distance. The property is located directly across the street and within steps of one of the BEST adult and family beaches, Kamaole I Beach Park. This beach has a great snorkeling reef to the left featuring beautiful coral, abundant fish and turtles! There are also shallow tide pools where young children can enjoy sea life exploration. You will enjoy white sandy beaches and boogie boarding waves. All three Kam Beach Parks have lifeguards, grassy areas, picnic tables, restrooms and outside showers.
The nearby Kihei Boat Ramp offers snorkeling and diving adventures. About a mile in the northern direction, surfing abounds. Two Kihei located canoe clubs offer visitor canoeing. 15 minutes and less for Elleair, Wailea and Makena Golf Courses! Enjoy walking along the sandy beach oceanfront trails and walkways of luxury resorts from Kihei to Makena.
