About Michael VanCuren
My wife and I have lived on the Outer Banks for almost 30 years. We love the beach and own several rental properties. Of all our properties, Sails Commission is our favorite and the one we use as our home away from home. You may ask why we need a home away from home while living on the Outer Banks. Once you have spent your vacation at this house you will see why. This house is our refuge from the real world. Although the house is rented most of the time, we love the Outer Banks in the fall and winter. We spend many days wrapped up on the front deck enjoying the view. We may even get lucky and catch a view of an occasional whale traveling north.
Michael VanCuren purchased this house in 1999
Why Michael VanCuren chose Nags Head
Why Not. Once you stay here you will wonder why you stayed anywhere else. It is a great location and the cottage is perfect for families that don't want to travel with large groups. But if you are looking for a lot of fancy amenities this cottage is not for you. It is priced affordable so that the smaller families can be this close to the beach.
What makes this house unique
Ocean Views, Ocean Views and more Ocean Views....
Beach, Beach, and more Beach.
It is the reason you come to the Outer Banks to begin with.
