The unit includes ceiling fans so that you can enjoy the cool ocean breezes. It also has air conditioning, a dishwasher and a washer/dryer in the unit. It has a large king sized bed with a convenient screen to close off bedroom area and an additional queen bed for added flexibility. Enjoy the screened in porch which runs the entire length of the condo for a quiet breakfast or with a good book.

Hop on a bike and revel in miles of paved bike trails. Complete your getaway by savoring some local cuisine at one of the island's amazing restaurants, or cook up some fresh seafood in your own kitchen. And don't forget to make time to take a leisurely stroll along the breathtaking one mile stretch of beach before the day is through.

The Sundial Beach Resort boasts a golf course, tennis courts, children's activities and many more amenities. The smaller pool is available for you the length of your stay. The other amenities are available for a small daily or weekly fee if you choose AND if the resort is at lower than 80% occupancy.

About Sue

Sanibel has become a revered getaway for our family. We started going down to Sanibel in the '70's. While some of the storefronts have changed, Sanibel is still that special stress-free place where our family (now 3 generations) can just relax and be with each other.

Our favorite activities are:

1) Biking to 'The Bean' -- a wonderful coffee place on the island

2) Watching the sunset from the Blind Pass beach

3) Shelling

4) LONG walks on the beach

5) The Recreation Center - PERFECT for everyone in the family -- 'Splash pad' for kids, exercise classes and full work-out machines and weights for adults, and basketball gym and lap pool.

Sue purchased this condo in 1977
