Detached family house with separate one bedroom apartment, separate entrance, 55qm (approx. 600 square feet), terrace, air-conditioned bedroom and bathroom. All rooms are stylishly decorated. In the bedroom you can change one full size bed in two singles. The kitchen is fully equipped. TV/ DVD, W-Lan for your laptop.

Wir haben 6 Tage in dieser wunderschönen liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung verbracht. Sie war blitz blank sauber und bis auf die kleinste Kleinigkeit ausgestattet. Mir fällt absolut gar nichts ein was uns gefehlt hätte. Mein wunder Punkt ist leider mein Rücken, doch ich habe dort einmalig geschlafen. Auch hier zeigte sich wieder: es wurde vom Vermieter nicht gespart. Die Vermieter sind übrigens sehr sehr nett und hilfsbereit, dabei aber nicht aufdringlich. Ein Carepaket wie Toilettenpapier, Kaffee, Milch und Begrüßungssekt für die erste Zeit wurde kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir wurden sogar mit einem zauberhaften kleinen Blumenstrauß empfangen. Alles in allem haben wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Der nächste Aufenthalt ist übrigens bereits gebucht. Ein wirklicher Geheimtip für Menschen die gerne zentral aber trotzdem ruhig und sehr komfortabel wohnen wollen. Die nächste Bushaltestelle sowie Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf sind in nächster Nähe. Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, nur zu empfehlen!!!

Bestens ausgestattete, sehr saubere und gepflegte Wohnung mit vielen wichtigen Details, wirklich sehr ruhige Lage und doch sehr zentral, max. 10 Minuten Fußweg zu Supermarkt und Gastronomie, Bäcker und Metzger 5 Minuten. Idealer Standort für Touren zur Industriekultur. Sehr nette und freundliche Gastgeber mit denen wir interessante Gespräche geführt haben (auch mal bei einem Glas Wein) und die auch gute Tipps für Dinge haben, die man sehen sollte. Wenn wir mal wieder in dieser Ecke Urlaub machen, dann ganz sicher hier. Uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!
