Parker's Perch sits on top of a mountain with gorgeous panoramic views. Our cabin provides the perfect escape from reality, complete with 5 bedrooms, 4 fireplaces, a movie theater, spa and so much more!!
About Vickie Parker

We have lived in Henderson, Nevada, for 25 years and both of us retired in 2007. My husband Jerry, worked for Union Pacific Railroad for 42 years and I worked for the Federal Government for 29 years. We bought the property when we retired for a place to come and relax. We ride 4 wheelers and snowmobiles during our stays here, depending on the time of year and my husband and grandsons go fishing and hiking.

We stayed here before we retired and when we had the option to buy, we jumped at the chance. Our children and their families have spent many Christmas's and Thanksgiving's here. Our grandchildren love the cabin and all the activities it and the area have to offer! Our grandchildren have skied, ride ATVs, snowmobiled, learned to fish, hiked and learned about the nature and animals living in the area.

We are located just outside of Duck Creek Village in Elk Ridge, Utah. There is year round recreation in the Duck Creek Village area. In any season, Parker's Perch provides incredible proximity to scenic, recreational, and historical attractions making it a remarkably convenient and comfortable base for a multitude of wider explorations around the Utah outdoors as well as Arizona and Nevada. Las Vegas is less than four hours away from the cabin. A host of diverse and spectacular adventures lie within an hour or two of Parker's Perch. Places like Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Cedar Breaks National Monument, Cedar City's Shakespearean Festival, Brian Head Ski Resort, and Dixie National Forest where you can enjoy numerous outdoor recreational activities such as fishing, hiking, mountain biking, ATV riding, snowmobiling, skiing and snowboarding (all available to rent), to name a few. It is an ideal spot to getaway with your family and friends. With the elevation ranging between 7,000 and 11,000 feet, the summers are nice and cool and the winters are cozy and peaceful.

Beautiful Cabin!

My family and I stayed at this cabin for a week in April and had a great time. The cabin was spacious and beautiful and the view was spectacular! We all really enjoyed the movie room as well! During our stay, we visited Bryce, Zion, went ATV'ing and took the kids fishing several times. The cabin is a good location to enjoy all these activities. Vickie, the owner, was such a pleasure to work. You will not be disappointed if you choose Parker's Perch for your visit to Duck Creek Village.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
