We Loved it!!!

I, my daughter, my friend Edna and her daughter stayed at this house from December 31 to January 8th. We were in a different situation... we just not rent the house...we asked Claudia to stay in the house with us and drive us around (once we are Brazilians and we did not want to drive). If the review is about the house.... no words to describe how beautiful and comfortable it is! Coming from the parks and having the back massage pad and the foot massager was a blast...!!! Claudia was great...besides the delicious meals (she's such a great cook) she would be happy to entertain the kids playing games in the garage... Our vacations couldn't be better... oh... and not to forget to mention the fresh orange juice from the backyard.... We'll be back next year...hopefully being able to bring our husbands this time!!! Five stars to the house!

Excellent Experience

I stayed with my family the first weekend of April, and we were all very happy with the house. It was very spacious for everyone, big kitchen, big living room and bedrooms, clean swimming pool... so many nice things I can't pinpoint the one thing I liked the most. Claudia (the owner) was very attentive, and communicative throughout. She left enough food and candies for the weekend. She also left umbrellas, ponchos, bottles of water, and maps to go to the parks. Excellent experience, I would recommend this house to anybody.

Surprising

Me and my family (7 adults and 3 kids) rented this house for 1 week during april. So difficult to explain every thing we were surprised/more then happy about but I´ll try to cover some of it: Supernice and clean house. New kitchen with all the appliances you need. Fridge full of fresh food and water. Great gameroom were both me and the kids spend some time. BIG and nice BBQ with extra gas in the garage. Poolarea was clean, big enough and had seats for us all. All the beds were comfortably. Bathrooms were nice (especially the one in the master suite were I slept). I didn´t meet Claudia but we mailed a few times before my arrival and talked on the phone 2 during my visit. It surprised me alot that Claudia thought of every single detail in our trip and did everything she could to make our vacation memorable. We even got drawn maps of shortcuts to places we were going to visit :) As you can see I was VERY VERY happy that I rented this house from Claudia and I will for sure come back again. Cludia, I hope you continue to rent out your house since you are great as a landlord & guide. Best regards Fredrik from Sweden.

This house is much better than the pictures indicate! Much larger, roomier than I expected! Definitely a great place for a large family or several couples! I love all of the updated appliances and attention to detail in every room. I have recommended this property to everyone I know and would to anyone looking for a home-away-from-home. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process.

Recommended for: Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway

Owner's Response: We're now considering having professional pictures taken because the ones posted really make the rooms look smaller than they are. And the new appliances in the kitchen is a plus for sure.

Wow, what a wonderful place!

My family and I vacation to the Orlando area every year and we have stayed in everything from hotels, resorts to other rental properties. This was out first time using VRBO and we searched many properties in the Disney area before deciding on this one. We really liked the fact that it is privately managed and not managed by a management company. The home appeared be very nice in the picture but even nicer when we arrived. It was very well decorated and we loved the homey feel, it's not like the other cookie cutter commercialized properties we've stayed in before. They offer updated appliances and everything was well organized and clean.
Claudia was great, we were going to arrive late on Sunday night and she offered to do a little grocery shopping for us so we would have some food there when we arrive, this was an extra charge but well worth it. We didn’t have any other special requests or issues but it was nice to know she was only a call away. She did offer FREE use of the pool heater (very nice in February) and a gas grill when everyone else is charging extra for these options.
All-in-all, I would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to visit Disney, other parks or events in Central FL and I will definitely be staying here next year too. Anyone choosing to stay here will not be disappointed!
