We are proud to present the GRAND OPENING of our newly remodeled & beautifully decorated 'disney's theme house' 1,800 SQFT living space on a 11,000 SQFt lot. We completed the remodel in March 30th, 2013 which includes brand new high end furnitures in the living room, dinning room & all 3 bedrooms, 3 brand new sofas (2 queen size sleeper sofas), 2 HDTV (50' in the living room and 47' in the master bedroom), brand new stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, oven, brand new wood laminate &tile floors throughout, all new electrical & lightning and upgrade bathrooms. Plus you will enjoy the california sun in our patio complete with barbecue grill and patio furniture.

Stay with us at our Disney's Theme house situated very close easy 1.5 miles from disneyland.
We have 3 Large bedrooms and 2 Full bathrooms.
Bedroom 1: Master bedroom has the california palm tree theme. We also provide with a sleeper sofa and a 50' hdtv that you can snuggle up with your loved one and watch disney movies/netflix. The master also has a gorgeous private bathroom that you can just relax. After all you are on vacation. This large size master has room for a Lion king of the jungle theme baby crib & changing station. The baby crib has lion king bed sheet/blanket for you to take care of your baby lion/lioness.
Bedroom 2: Cars/toys/superheroe theme room. Bunk Bed: Full/twin/trundle sleeps 4 people. It's for every kid. Loads of toys, cars, plus toys, disney play sets, games, books... Lots of fun, fun and more fun...
Bedroom 3: Mickey/ Minnie/Princess theme room. Disney's characters costumes are provided for your princes & princesses to play dress up.
For the business traveler we provide computer wifi, internet, printer/copier for your use.
Living room: our living room provide plenty of space for the whole family, we have 2 large comfortable couch (open to 2 Queen size sleepers) so that you can watch disney's movies or netflix or play the wii on our brand new big screen 50' HDTV.
Kitchen:
Our kitchen has brand new stainless steel refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and is fully stock with toaster, coffee maker, juicer, waffle maker, plates setting for 16 people, wine glasses, coffee cups, and velcro lunch bags just in case you need to pack foods to the theme park or just a picnic at the park etc...
Adults: Our Disney's theme house is decorated with the family and children in mind.
However, if our guest wishes to have more of the Adult theme of California palm tree as in our master bedroom, we can accommodate your request. Please notify us in advance we will change our decorations and bedding to the California palm tree theme in all 4 bedrooms to suite your needs. If you need us to remove all the children's toys/playard/costumes/high chair/stollers in storage please notify us in advance upon booking so we can accommodate your request..
Children:
We are proud parents of 4 beautiful children, so we understand you need when traveling. We provided 2 strollers, 2 highchairs, 4 mickey's bean bag, 1 crib, 1 pack/play, kid's table/chairs for your children as well as disney theme plates, bowls, cups and utensils.
Patio: Our wonderful patio is the perfect place to soak up the California sun and do some barbecuing on the barbecue grill. Relax, sit and lounge around with friends and family in our comfortable patio furniture table/chairs that sits 6 adults.
We have up to 11,000 SQFT lot, has beautifully maintain lawn/garden area where you & your family can play a game of croquet, ping pong, badmington or throw a frisbie etc...
Parking:
We have 2 car garage parked inside the garage and additional 2 cars outside. Cars parked outside and street parking available & are at the sole discretion and responsibility of the guests. Guest needs to comply with street sweeping rules posted or you will be ticketed.
