Fantastic Apartment!

I stayed in this apartment for three weeks in May 2012 - it is absolutely fantastic. The service received from both the owner and keyholder was extremely professional and welcoming. The apartment is so well situated - 2 mins from the main shopping street and tramway, 5 mins from Place Massena, 10 mins from the train station, 10 mins from the Old Town and Beach. Cinema, supermarket, cafes and restaurants all in immediate surroundings. The apartment is extremely good value for money on the basis of location and service recieved.
The apartment provides all necessary amenities - towels, bed linen, washing machine, dishwasher, kitchen utensils, hairdryer, tv, dvd player, large wardrobes, iron/ironing board. There is no wifi provided, but this is not a problem as many places in Nice have free wifi access - in particular, the Nice Etoile shopping centre 2 minutes away gives free access.The apartment is also extremely secure - a combination of key-fob secured gates and doors all lead the way to the apartment itself.The street the apartment is on is in a prestigious area of Nice and feels very safe. The apartment complex is very modern and clean, with lovely surrounding trees and flowers.
I would completely recommend this apartment to anyone travelling to Nice. You will receive fantastic customer service from the owner and the local keyholder. I wish I could have stayed longer.
