30 Day minimum, 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo just off the beach! Small balcony

If you are looking to experience living right off the beach at one of the most popular beach cities in Los Angeles, this MONTHLY rental is the place! We are literally about 42 steps from the sand and 2 blocks from downtown Hermosa Pier where there are wonderful restaurants and tons of beach shops extending from The Strand all the way up Pier Ave. This Condo is located in a secure building that has one parking spot and coin laundry machines in the building garage. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed with the main bedroom having an en suite bath with shower. The other bathroom is a full bath with tub/shower. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs. There is a small balcony with a slight view of the ocean. The complex has a community charcoal BBQ. The Condo includes linens, towels, beach towels and beach chairs. We are restricted to monthly rentals by the association. WEEKLY RENTALS ARE NOT POSSIBLE.
About Mary Jo Ayers

Kirk and I moved to California in 1992 and lived there until we moved to Montreal with our 2 children in 2003. We missed the beach terribly and in 2009 we decided to purchase this apartment off the beach so that we could spend the summers at 'home' and be able to host family and friends so that we could stay in touch being that Montreal was so far away from everyone. We moved to Saint Louis in 2010 and since then have also purchased another property also located on 15th St. We started putting our properties on VRBO last year (2012) to see if it might be a better way for us to enjoy our property's while still benefiting from rental income. So far it's been GREAT! I enjoy talking to potential renters and sharing our love for Hermosa Beach! My favorite thing is to read the Welcome books to see what vacationers did and enjoyed about being there!

It is rare to find a pied-a-terre this close to the beach and when we found one we jumped on purchasing it! There is nothing like waking up in the morning and going for a jog on the beach or riding your bike to the other beach cities for dinner and shopping! Volleyball tournaments and beach activities are right out front! You are thrown into the beach life!!

What makes this apartment unique

The most unique benefit of this property is it's location! We keep it impeccably clean with comfortable beds and furnishings. Since I like to cook, the kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need!

Beach rentals of all kinds are available including bikes, surf boards, boogie boards, beach chairs, kid bike trolleys. Location is just off the Strand our South Bay Board walk which extends from Redondo Beach all the way to Santa Monica!
