DESCRIPTION
Very lovely, spacious, finely finished, WONDERFULLY close ocean and Haleakala views on the 4th floor. Photos show view of ocean and beach from lanai, and also the short distance down the driveway to the beach.
Many of the islands best beaches are on the south side, and all very close, with much variety.
Walk to Hawaiian Moons Health Food Store and MANY other South Kihei shopping areas and strip shops. Walk to Kamaole I beach in a couple of minutes straight down the driveway.
There is wifi internet and 2, standard cable TV's.
All rooms A/C equipped with Ceiling Fans also.
Main Bedroom has Cali King Bed, nice and firm, with flatscreen wall mounted TV with DVD player. Large, mirrored closets give feeling of spaciousness. There is a folding floor futon stored in the closet that could be laid out here or in living room.
Shared bathroom has tub and granite counters.
Loft Bedroom is beautifully finished, with A/C+ ceiling fan, with quality queen bed and a floor fold out twin-size futon for 7th person. There is a privacy screen in this upper bedroom but no door.
Living room has a very high end, Lazy Boy, Queen size sleeper with electric operated, air inflated mattress that is super comfy with no ridges, rails or metal to be felt under you. First class bed.
Large Lanai off of the Living Room has great ocean views. Living Room has high ceilings with maple colored wood floors and ceilings. This condo in paradise is tasteful and beautifully decorated.
There is a radio/CD compact unit stereo with IPOD and IPHONE dock.
Kitchen is all newly remodeled with granite counter tops and fine wood cabinetry. Great stock of cookware and accoutrements for those who like to cook.
Unit is stocked with Beach Gear. Tommy Bahama, back-pack chairs with cooler and pockets, umbrella and body boards, and beach towels.
There is a Britta water filter pitcher available here so you don't need to carry and purchase water to the condo. You may of course wish to stock bottles in your car from our very nearby Costco, next to the airport.
The condo complex has pool, hot tub, sauna, tennis courts, barbeque grills, and undercover parking.
This complex is NOT wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator and then a walkway with three sets of 6 steps on the way to the unit. Sorry about that, it's how they built the place.

This unit is not wheelchair accessible. There is an elevator and then once you arrive on the 4th floor, there is a zig zag walkway that has 3 sets of 6 steps. So, it's good exercise. I enjoy the walk, and always take in the surroundings, and walk off some of that great Maui banana bread I've been enjoying.
There is also a shorter way to get up by simply taking the stairwell that puts you right at this condo at the top.

DESCRIPTION OF THE AREA
Kihei is home of the BEST Maui has to offer. Kihei is a LONG beach community that features, boating excursions, whale watching (seasonal) swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, paddling, boogie boarding, surfing, windsurfing, beach volleyball and canoeing. Enjoy sunrises over Haleakala and sunsets over the ocean. Casual to elegant dining, dancing and karaoke are all within easy walking distance. The property is located directly across the street and within steps of one of the BEST adult and family beaches, Kamaole I Beach Park. This beach has a great snorkeling reef to the left featuring beautiful coral, abundant fish and turtles! There are also shallow tide pools where young children can enjoy sea life exploration. You will enjoy white sandy beaches and boogie boarding waves. All three Kam Beach Parks have lifeguards, grassy areas, picnic tables, restrooms and outside showers.
The nearby Kihei Boat Ramp offers snorkeling and diving adventures. About a mile in the northern direction, surfing abounds. Two Kihei located canoe clubs offer visitor canoeing. 15 minutes and less for Elleair, Wailea and Makena Golf Courses! Enjoy walking along the sandy beach oceanfront trails and walkways of luxury resorts from Kihei to Makena.
