* LIVING ROOM: spacious and luminous, equipped with stove and fridge/freezer, it also serves as a dining room and is furnished with a sofa bed that is 2 of the 6 beds in the apartment.

* MASTER BEDROOM: simple and comfortable, it's furnished with a wardrobe that shows off delightful decorations typical of the place (the famous Sardinian hens), a comfortable double bed and two bedside tables with an antique flavor.

* DOUBLE BEDROOM: it contains a bunk bed in solid wrought iron (2 more beds)

* BATHROOM: true aesthetic gem of the apartment, decorated with pleasant and lively blue tiles and furnished with toilet, bidet, sink and shower, all new and in perfect condition.
Nearest Beach : La Sciumara at 300 Metres

The apartment is located in an enviable place, half way between the sea and the town center! In fact, walking for about 980 feet, you can reach the beach of Sciumara, while the town center is just 10 minutes away on foot .

Palau is a comune (municipality) in the Province of Olbia-Tempio in the Italian region Sardinia, located about 220 km north of Cagliari and about 30 km northwest of Olbia. As of 31 December 2004, it had a population of 3,853 and an area of 44.4 km².

Palau borders the following municipalities: Arzachena, Santa Teresa Gallura, Tempio Pausania.

It is located in Punta Sardegna, and was originally built to provide access to La Maddalena island.
